KFC Singapore’s Fried Chicken Popsicles!

Those students who reportedly found a way to get tons of free deep-fried booty from KFC in China really needed to take their asses to Singapore, because the KFCs there have the goods. I’m talking about the greasy baby of fried chicken and popsicles. KFC Singapore has shunned the motto “finger lickin’ good” by shoving a popsicle stick into a piece of fried chicken to keep your fingers chicken grease-free.

Delish says that KFC in Singapore is currently selling Fried Chicken Popsicles for a limited time. They come in BBQ Cheese and Mala-flavored:

The Chicken Popsicles come in two varieties: BBQ Cheese and Mala. Both of them start with a marinated chicken fillet that’s fried to perfection. The first flavor is drizzled with smoky chipotle barbecue sauce and topped with a crunchy cheese sprinkle. For a different vibe, you can opt for the chicken that’s topped with mala sauce and a crunchy mala sprinkle. And in case you were unsure, mala is a spicy seasoning, so you’ll be in for some heat.

Fried Chicken Popsicles are only available at KFCs in Singapore and I’m not sure if they’ll ever make their way to the U.S. I don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing. On one hand, I love a gimmick and am always looking for new ways to gobble up fried chicken. But on the other hand, I’d probably get so excited about eating that Fried Chicken Popsicle that I’d swallow that piece of wood too! And yes, that’d be the most action I got in eons.
