Big Foot The Board Game!
In the 1970s, the fuckery makers at Milton Bradley decided that creating a children’s board game around Big Foot was a brilliant idea. MB hopped onto the BIG FOOT CRAZE!!! by putting out Big Foot The Giant Snow Monster Game, which was a board game where players moved around a board and tried to keep from getting stomped on by Big Foot. So don’t let that sweet-faced calm-looking yeti on the cover of the Big Foot game fool you. Trick was obviously just being friendly to those kids so he could stomp on them! I’m not sure if this game is HSOTD icon Tim Peeler’s dream or nightmare.
BoardGameGeek says that the Big Foot game was released in 1977. The whole point of the game was to keep from Big Foot taking you out. You and the other players took turns rolling the dice and moving along the snowy mountain board. If you landed on a Big Foot space, you’d roll again and move Big Foot the number you rolled. If Big Foot moved over your rival’s token, their token would be taken out of the game. BGG explains it like this:
The game centers around a model of the BigFoot. 10 plastic disks (5 blank and 5 with the footprint of the Bigfoot) are secretly loaded into the base of the creature. Players start with two tokens of matching color. Each player rolls the dice and must move one of his tokens the full dice count, in either direction. The board features various locations and special action spots. When a player’s token lands on a Bigfoot space, he/she rolls the dice again and moves the creature the full count. If the creature moves over an opponent’s token, a disk is dispensed and if it is a footprint, that player’s token is out of the game. The winner is to be the survivor after Big Foot has removed all other opponents.

I never played the Big Foot game as a kid, but I currently play the opposite of it nearly every night by trying to catch a big, hairy beast on Grindr. And yes, I lose every single time.
