Chet Hanks’ Ex-Girlfriend Is Now Suing Him For $1 Million

Chet Hanks was planning to have the ultimate White Boy Summer, complete with a theme song. Well, Chef better prepare himself for White Boy With Lawsuit Hearings Fall. Because two weeks ago, Chet’s ex-girlfriend, Kiana Parker, filed a restraining order against him, to which he responded by suing her for assault and theft. Now Kiana is coming in hot with a lawsuit of her own, to the tune of $1 million.

Kiana claimed that Chet got rough and violent with her several times between October 2020 and January 2021, which is why she decided to file for a protective order against the son of Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson. In January, Chet sued Kiana for assault and theft, after accusing her of getting violent with him during an alleged altercation. Chet claimed he had broken up with Kiana after suspecting her of stealing from him and using his credit cards. Chet alleged that Kiana came at him with a knife and left his face bloody. Kiana has claimed that Chet has called her a “ghetto Black bitch,” and claimed that no one would believe her side of the story because he’s Thee Chet Hanks. Well, Kiana wants someone to believe her story, which is why she has escalated this situation with a lawsuit. According to TMZ, Kiana alleges in her lawsuit that Chet was physical with her between those three specific months mentioned above. She filed the lawsuit in Texas because that’s where Chet’s house is.

Kiana alleged multiple instances of violence, like when Chet allegedly tried to prevent her from leaving their hotel room, where they were staying while he filmed Your Honor in New Orleans. She claims Chet pushed her around the room, causing her to knock over tables. In another instance, one month after the situation in New Orleans, Kiana claims Chet allegedly threatened to kill her and himself in his Sugar Land, TX home, while her twins were inside the home with them. And according to Kiana, it was he who came at her with a knife. She claims Chet got violent when she tried to move her stuff out after the broke up, and that the blood on Chet’s face was allegedly the result of Kiana swinging a cooking pot at him in self-defense. Chet had filmed the altercation and posted it to social media.

But if you ask Chet’s lawyer Marty Singer, which TMZ did, he’ll tell you that Kiana is just looking for a quick payday:

Kiana’s attorney has responded to Chet’s attorney’s statement, and it sounds like Kiana didn’t want to have to go public with any of this, but Chet did what Chet does, which is that Chet opened his mouth and blabbed to everyone:

“We attempted to privately reach out to the Hanks family to resolve this, but they decided to take it directly to the media. Our team was left no choice, this was the right time to file this lawsuit. As a procedural rule, we must choose a category as it relates to a dollar amount, however no monetary demand has been made at this time.”

Kiana’s request of $1 million in damages is simply a formality. She could end up going higher with her amount. Do it, Kiana. Because as you can see, Chet has money. And there’s more where that comes from if you catch my drift. Hint: HIS LAST NAME IS HANKS.

Chet, don’t drop any of those stacks – you are going to need a bunch of it to pay your lawyers. Speaking of lawyers, I suppose it’s up to them to figure out what is what in this situation, and not me. But I will say that after re-reading Kiana’s allegations, it does feel appropriate that in that picture above, Chet is in such close proximity to a sticker that says “trash.”

And in case you needed more of Chet Hanks (*crickets*), he came through on his threat to release a video for White Boy Summer:
