Hot Slut Of The Day!
Sampson, the service dog who wears PPE better than any ho in the land!
Show me someone who you think looks better in PPE drag than Sampson and I’ll show you nothing but filthy lies! Because Sampson is so good at working head-to-paw PPE that any virus or chemical will stop in its tracks to say, “Damn, now that IS the look!”
Sampson is the Golden Retriever service dog of Joey Ramp, a neuroscientist with disabilities, who studies at the University of Illinois. Joey suffered serious injuries, including 23 broken bones, in a polo accident in 2006. People says that the accident damaged her prefrontal cortex and left her with permanent nerve damage to the left side of her body. But that traumatic experience didn’t keep Joey down. Joey, who holds two BA degrees in neuroscience, is working toward her Ph.D. And helping her do that is Sampson, the most adorable lab assistant who ever was!
Sampson is the first pooch to be given access to the chemistry lab at the University of Illinois. Because Assistant Sampson works in a lab, he has to wear PPE including goggles, a lab coat, and serious scientist booties. Here’s Assistant Sampson throwing us a look that clearly says, “Yes, bitch, when I wear PPE it stands for ‘Precious Pooch Eleganza.'”

Joey says that there’s no way she’d be able to navigate the neuroscience program without Assistant Sampson’s help. When Joey drops something, Assistant Sampson helps to support her while she picks it up and he can spot signs of her PTSD. Because Assistant Sampson’s help has been crucial to Joey’s work, she’s advocating for service dogs to be allowed into labs to help their humans who are studying science:
“There’s more focus on the dog than the service they are providing, and they were barring an entire population of students from entering lab work and ultimately the STEM field.
I really want people to start understanding that service dogs have a very high level of training. They provide independence and keep their handler healthy, happy, and able to go about life in ways they wouldn’t be able to do without their service dog.
People with disabilities do want to study science and to look at people with disabilities and service dog handlers with a view of making things more accessible to them is really important and it’s time.”
And here’s a video from 2019 of Assistant Sampson ruling the lab:
I like sciencing! I wear the same PPE mom wears. Sometimes we don’t have to wear goggles. Those are days we are writing reports. I still help her everyday though. #servicedog in #science #neuroscience #research #laboratory #molecular #cellular #biology pic.twitter.com/S2TbYTheEu

I’m no scientist but after conducting a very important study (aka looking at pictures of Sampson) on Things That Warm Your Soul, I have concluded that Sampson in PPE is definitely a thing that warms your soul.
