Open Post: Hosted By Dunkin’s Bag Of Bacon

February 28, 2020 / Posted by:

Dunkin’ (previously known as Dunkin’ Donuts, in case you didn’t get the memo) has decided to help out those people who buy one of their breakfast sandwiches, only to pull the bacon out before throwing the rest in the trash, and then realizing they threw delicious carbs in the trash and fishing out the bread. They’re selling just bags of bacon now. And they also replaced “time to make the donuts” with “time to pull a grift” because they’re passing off 4 slices of bacon as 8.

According to Today, Dunkin’ is selling 8 half-slices of bacon, so 4 full slices:

Each order of Snackin’ Bacon comes with eight half slices of bacon that have been glazed and dusted with black pepper for a sweet and spicy kick in every bite.

Well, America does run on bacon, so this move makes sense. And they probably aren’t selling 8 full slices, because eating 8 full slices in one sitting will push you closer to Heart Attack City, and how can you buy their shit when you’re dead and in a coffin? That’s just business sense!

And if you care about calories and all that, Today has that for you.

Each serving of Snackin’ Bacon clocks in at 190 calories, with 12 grams of fat, 10 grams of carbs and 9 grams of sugar.

If you don’t have a Dunkin’ near you, just steal some Beggin’ Strips from your dog, throw some pepper and sugar on ’em and toss ’em in the microwave for a minute. You’ll probably end up with same taste and texture. And it’s probably healthier.
