Because the Super Bowl is the time for STUNT QUEENS to shine by pulling stunts, Planters has taken “busting a nut” to another level by killing off Mr. Peanut in a commercial. Mr. Peanut falls to his death onto the Peanut Mobile causing it to explode. So really, this is probably a shameless stunt to introduce Planters new line of peanut butter or flavored roasted peanuts, so expect Mr. Peanut to rise from the ashes as Mr. Peanut Butter or Mr. Roasted Peanut – SOW
