Nick Carter’s Restraining Order Against Aaron Carter Will Remain In Place For A Year

November 21, 2019 / Posted by:

Back in September, Nick Carter filed a request for a restraining order against Aaron Carter after Aaron allegedly threatened to kill Nick’s then-pregnant wife Lauren Kitt. Aaron’s twin sister, Angel Conrad, did the same, as she too was afraid of Aaron being anywhere near her. That was two months ago, and if Aaron was hoping to debrief with his siblings about their familial messiness, he’s going to have to be patient and wait until November 2020 to do so.

TMZ says that Nick appeared in a Las Vegas court yesterday to discuss the restraining order he took out on his younger brother, and the hearing went really well for Nick, all because Aaron never showed up.

Aaron was a no-show in court in Vegas Wednesday for the hearing – Nick did attend – so the judge had an easy decision. The order will stay in place until November of next year.

Nick’s meeting went a whole hell of a lot better than Angel’s restraining order meeting, which happened the previous day. A judge granted Angel a year-long restraining order against Aaron. The judge also ordered Aaron to surrender his collection of firearms, claiming that Aaron is “too dangerous” to possess guns. Aaron flipped out on Angel, flipped out on his on-again/off-again girlfriend Lina Valentina (allegedly telling her to shut up, and that she’s “next” on his list). He also told a TMZ photographer waiting outside the courtroom that they’re also on his list. Aaron’s List sounds like Angie’s List, except it’s a list of people who need police protection.

Nick hasn’t commented on this. Aaron, meanwhile…do I even have to say that he’s already expressed his thoughts on Twitter? Like many times before, Aaron dragged Nick by bringing up Nick’s sexual assault accusations, and claimed he’s currently being stalked and harassed by Backstreet Boys fans. Oh, also it would appear he’s got a case of the Kanyes.

Aaron also talked about his recent restraining order news in an Instagram post. Aaron shared a video explaining that there are a lot of “haters” out there, and that he wishes his family the best, but he’s trying to focus on being a positive person and rising above the negativity.

I am firmly on Team Don’t Let A Dog Lick Your Mouth, because I’ve seen what dogs do at the dog park – they eat barf and other dogs poo. I don’t care how classy your dog is, they can’t resist other dogs’ barf. But there’s a bigger conversation to be had from Aaron’s Instagram video, and it’s about why his dog won’t stop licking his mouth area. That dog is really going at it. My best guess is that Aaron had just popped into the kitchen for a snack, and accidentally grabbed a handful of Snausages. And now his breath smells like a delicious dog treat. Or maybe his dog is kissing him goodbye because they spotted a little suitcase at the front door, and they’re sure it’s a sign that they’re on their way to their forever home.
