Wendy Williams Is Producing A Lifetime Biopic On Her Life

July 24, 2019 / Posted by:

For the past few months Wendy Williams has been running around like a horny teenager in the wake of her separation from loser creep ex-husband Kevin Hunter. For a while she was allegedly bumping parts with convicted felon Marc Tomblin, and then she moved onto some unnamed doctor friend. Wendy’s whole life is on a ride involving several train wrecks, and now it’s inevitably going to make its way to a Lifetime movie.

Wendy will serve as executive producer on the yet-to-be-named project but I’m guessing she’ll probably call it something like Secrets, Scandal and Spanx (or Woes, Weeping and Wigs). And if she ends up using one of those titles, I want a writing credit. But honestly she has plenty of life experience to draw from, and not just starting with the craziness she’s been exhibiting in 2019. Let’s not forget Wendy has been in the game for a long time and according to Page Six she’s drawing on all of that experience to give us the greatest movie Lifetime can make, which by their own standards means straight-to-the-99-cent-streaming-section quality at best.

She’s making the movie with Will Packer — the hot producer behind “Girls Trip.”

The project’s about “her scrappy upstart days in urban radio to the success of her own syndicated talk show,” a release said.

“Boomerang” writer Leigh Davenport is penning the script.

If this movie is going to be a true representation of Wendy’s real rise to fame I want to see it all! I want the drugs, the shade, the pigtails, the DRAMA, and the camp. Because in reality Wendy is already the live action version of Janice from the Muppets so I need her to bring all of that to my television screen in 2020. And since we’re already discussing Janice we need look no further for who will portray Wendy because they’re basically twins separated at birth.
