Nicki Minaj And Cardi B Kept Their Feud Alive…
So yesterday was hectic for feuding rappers Nicki Minaj and Cardi B. You thought things had reached their maximum when Cardi threw down with Nicki at that Harper’s Bazaar party? Think again: that was the first act. Things officially started yesterday after Nicki Minaj grabbed her airhorn and gunshot sound bites and hopped on her Queen Radio show to talk all the shit about Cardi B, and Cardi followed suit by putting up 10 videos on Instagram to expose her.
Nicki’s tale begins on Queen Radio where she dropped a plethora of tea on Cardi B starting with the claim that Cardi’s sister was lying about Nicki leaking Cardi’s phone number:
“And then you have your sister calling me a crackhead and leak numbers?… You can’t control your sister, but you want me to control millions of fans? I’ve never leaked a number in my life and y’all continue to lie on me to make me look like a bad person.”
Nicki said that Cardi stopped artists and producers from working with her:
“It was clear she wanted to turn them against me and that’s what she did. On Krippy Kush record, she wanted to be on it. It went from 21 Savage to Travis Scott — he wasn’t allowed, because he was on her single. I can say you stopped two bags!”
But wait! Nicki is the one who stops bags! Also, I doubt Nicki or Cardi would only get paid enough for being featured on a track to afford one or two bags. Like maybe if it was a Birkin; that’s more like my unpaid university loans.
Nicki also spilled that her friend Rah Ali was the one who pulled a Muhammad Ali and decked Cardi in the head that time:
“Rah really, really beat Cardi’s ass bad. Rah beat you so bad that I was mad at Rah. You went home and told people security hit you, and we let that ride for legal reasons… Anybody that wanna pull up the surveillance footage, I will give you $100,000.”
Nicki topped it off saying that she is done with the drama, (uh huh):
“We can just be happy. There’s nothing that really makes me not like you like that, you know what I’m saying? You know the things I spoke to you in the hotel room — we going to keep them between me and you, for now…. I hear the shots you taking, but I’m a rapper, remember that.”
And then came Cardi on Instagram.
Cardi’s tale begins with her saying that Rah Li did not hurt her and Nicki was a pussy victim until she became gangsta “Miss Chun Li the Street Fighter” on her radio show:
Then Sherlock Cardi analyzed how it’s clear that Nicki and Rah are the ones leaking the numbers of various people in the industry:
She even showed you the messages on her phone and inadvertently exposed the numbers of a bunch of people in the process:
Then she said she has never stopped her bag and Cardi didn’t know people well enough to get them to stop working with Nicki:
In fact, Cardi has given Nicki some bags because she turned down the Little Mix track which Nicki was just featured on and she also turned down the Diesel deal which went to Nicki afterwards:
Cardi then offered to link up and “talk about it or we can fight it out, I’m with whateva”:
Then, because I guess Nicki Minaj wasn’t bald enough from the last videos, Cardi posted more saying that she wants to squash the beef and that Nicki was “fucking up” her legacy and looking like a “hater”:
THEN (we’re almost done) Pitchfork reports that Nicki hopped on Twitter to do some damage control from her Instagram dragging viewed millions of times:
The only rapper in the history of rap who can only talk about deals and songs she’s supposedly turned down cuz she can’t talk about a verse she’s ever written. Fkn fraud
