Tamar Braxton Got Fired From Her Sister Toni’s Upcoming Tour

Whenever my mom and I would watch early episodes of Braxton Family Values, she’d look at Tamar Braxton and her husband Vincent Herbert and always say, “That shit ain’t gonna last”. Someone give my mom a psychic telephone hot line because clearly she can see into the future like Miss Cleo! Tamar and Vince are in the middle of a messy divorce and one of the consequences is having their family drama publicly aired out like one of Tamar’s wigs during spring cleaning. Eldest sister Toni Braxton is preparing to go on tour and originally wanted both Tamar and their sister Traci to accompany her. But now, amidst all the bad publicity, Toni’s like, “Nah bitch. Y’all stay home.”

TMZ has been reporting on this drama for a while. It all started when Tamar’s sisters Traci, Towanda and Trina blasted Vince for being a low-down dirty dog after allegations of infidelity came out. And in standard Braxton sisters fodder they’ve all been going in on him just like how Tamar did with all of their cheating husbands.

(Sidebar: Maybe they need to have Iyanla Van Zant do a guest spot on their show and fix all of their lives because their taste in men sucks.)

Toni, who always has the “God I wish these hoes would shut up” look on her face, is touring to promote her newest album Sex & Cigarettes. After Traci’s TMZ appearance she was let go from the tour not too long afterward. Sources believe that Tamar had something to do with it, but none of that matters anymore because now Toni has informed Tamar to carry her ass all the way home because she’s been dropped from the tour as well.

The reason: her and Vince’s damn fiasco of a divorce.

Not only is Toni sick and tired of all the drama surrounding their shenanigans, the tour promoters also want to distance themselves from Tamar and Vince’s drama, and with good reason. Sex & Cigarettes is Toni’s first major release in eight years and if I was her I wouldn’t want anything to mess with my money either. Because of her financial situation,  I’m sure Toni chases checks like kids chase ice cream trucks in the summertime. Also, I’m not sure how Vince and Tamar’s divorce will work out since he’s still her manager. Can you imagine the kinds of gigs he’s gonna get her after this shit is finalized? She’ll be lucky if he books her to perform at Cracker Barrel grand openings across the U.S.
