Tom Arnold Went After Ex-Wife Roseanne On Twitter

We’re going to party like it’s the early 90s because Tom Arnold is tearing into his ex-wife Roseanne Barr in public. Roseanne’s new/old show is a smash hit, and yesterday we had a post about A League Of Their Own. So put on your choker and your vintage sundress with a baby doll tee under it, and then have your hair burner give you “The Rachel” while you read about Tom biting the hand that used to feed him.

Tom, who gave the Roseanne revival a good review for The Hollywood Reporter, went after Roseanne on Twitter on Friday for her love of Trump. Roseanne, who has spent the last several years regurgitating wacky conspiracy theories on social media, even earned herself a call from Trump congratulating her on her ratings (and I’m sure he congratulated him for ending sex trafficking). Tom tweeted this about Roseanne:

Well, it’s not like he’s making that shit up. He also retweeted a couple of online criticisms in addition to a link to a New York Times op-ed piece titled The Roseanne Reboot Is Funny. I’m Not Going to Keep Watching.

Roseanne, 65, and Tom, 59, married in 1990, and their trainwreck relationship was always in the tabloid. Tom was a goofy purse carrier who was always encouraging his wife to do batshit crazy things like sing the National Anthem badly on purpose at an MLB game to keep the attention machine going a writer for Roseanne and had a recurring role on the show. Roseanne even hooked Tom up with his own short-lived series and he landed a role in James Cameron’s True Lies. Purse-carrying can be a lucrative gig. She fired him from the show and divorced him in 1994.

Who knows what Tom’s been doing with his life but, off the set, Roseanne has been busying herself revisiting conspiracy theories like the one that motivated some wack-a-doo to shoot up a Washington D.C. pizza parlor in December of 2016. So she’s been nothing but helpful lately. Ugh, am I really #TeamTom here?
