The LAPD Is Investigating New Allegations Against Roman Polanski
Today is the day the pedophiles cried. The Los Angeles Times is reporting that the LAPD is investigating allegations that Roman Polaski molested yet another girl back in 1975. This is the sixth woman to come forward with gross tales more terrifying than Rosemary’s Baby. Even though the statute of limitations has expired on the case and Polanski can’t be criminally charged, the LAPD is doing it anyway and karma reminds us once again that she’s a raging bitch.
Polanski’s accuser Marianne Barnard says that in 1975, when she was 10 years old, she worked with him on a California beach photoshoot where she was asked to pose in a fur coat and nothing else. According to TMZ, she alleges that her mother was on set but then wasn’t, hinting that she may have been paid to leave her alone with the fairytale troll. The alleged molestation took place after her mother left and the coast was clear.
Marianne reported the incident to the LAPD in October and says she was inspired by the flood of women who spoke out against Polanski’s pal and supporter Harvey Weinstein. Ain’t that cute how they stick together like that? It’s like when you see a giant dog turd (or godhelpus, person turd) on the street and there are hella flies on it and you’re like, flies be nasty as hell but they sure do stick together. Marianne has also started a petition to get Polanski kicked out of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.
Unsurprisingly, Polanski has denied the allegations and says, through his people, that he doesn’t know who Marianne is. He has repeatedly asserted that he’s been punished enough for his crimes. And yes, some might see living in Zurich as a punishment of sorts but just because it’s impossible to get a decent burrito there, doesn’t make it as bad as prison. The LAPD says it’s investigating these most recent claims in order to help build evidence that might be used for other cases against Polankski…. so tick tock tick.
Thanks to all the brave women and men who have been calling out their abusers in droves, the time for grandfathered-in atrocities is OH-VAH, mother fucka! Let’s never forget that Polanski plead guilty to giving a 13 year old alcohol and quaaludes and “unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor” in order to avoid getting charged with good old fashioned child rape. And then he fled the country and went on about his life making movies, wearing tuxedos and winning Oscars. But he can’t hide forever *cue theme song from COPS*
