Eve Hated On Nicki Minaj’s Paper Magazine Cover

It didn’t take too long for the producers of The Talk to get their money’s worth from Eve! She’s seen that Minaj-a-trois Paper magazine cover – and she thinks Nicki Minaj needs to think of the children.

We told you yesterday how Paper got amnesia and forgot it had already broke the internet, so it was back this year to try again with a trio of Nickis showing more sexual chemistry in a single photo than all three of those Fifty Shades of Shit movies put together. I thought it was kinda nice and Bostonian of them to show how kneeling Nicki was a fan of clam chowder, but Eve said it didn’t exactly blow her mind.

Us Weekly said it only took two days for Eve to start verbally slapping at hip-hop hussies, and Nicki’s Paper magazine cover was her choice of low-hanging fruit. Eve, who just started as a regular cast member on The Talk this week, said that even if you don’t wanna be, you have to think of yourself as a role model:

“I worked with Nicki, I got to know her on ‘Barbershop’… she’s a nice person, she’s an amazing rapper, and as a lyricist I respect her… but as a woman, from my point of view, personally, I would not be able to do that. I think in this climate, it’s not good. I think every artist has a right to express themselves however they want to express themselves and I respect that as well. For me personally, as I started coming up in the business, I started realizing that young girls were looking up to me and younger people were looking up to me, and that, not that you want to be a role model, but it becomes what you become, it is what you are.”

I was actually a reality television and talk show linguistics minor in college (no, I wasn’t), and let me give you a crash course in translations:

  1. When someone on America’s Next Top Model called someone a “big personality,” that means they think she’s a 6-foot tall drunk skunk who needs to go back to whatever Dairy Queen she was plucked from.
  2. When someone on a Real Housewives reunion couch says “I blame it on the editing,” that means “How the FUCK did y’all figure me out so quickly?
  3. And if a rapper-turned-talk show co-host says “For me personally, I wouldn’t be able to do that,” that translates into “Nicki, put some damn clothes on!

Eve, who is now married to Maximillion Cooper, some British millionaire, might like to play this Madge circa 2002 game of English countryside estates and Eileen Fischer fashion, but let’s not forget the days when she most certainly was not thinking of the kids. She was one sassy Wendy Williams interview away from plucking out poor Foxy Brown’s eyeballs! People apparently reminded her of that because she has since tweeted the equivalent of “The past is behind us, and the future will come…but right now is a gift. That’s why we call it the present!” BARF!
