Katherine Jackson Got A Restraining Order Against Her Nephew After Accusing Him Of Abuse

Katherine Jackson is going through it again. In 2012, she had to read a scripted statement in front of cameras after her children were accused of kidnapping her and holding her against her will. And now 86-year-old Katherine Jackson says that she’s been suffering through oldie abuse by the hand of her own nephew (through marriage) Trent Lamar Jackson. Katherine is currently in London, visiting her newest grandchild, and she may stay there for a while, because she’s afraid of coming back home to her nephew from HELL.

People says that Katherine’s lawyers filed court papers against Trent, claiming that he mentally abused her for years. The lawsuit also accuses Trent of stealing from her by using her credit cards to buy shit for himself and accessing her bank accounts without her permission. Trent was working as Katherine’s driver and in addition to driving her around, he also drove her to fear. The papers say that Trent is an “abusive conman” and manipulated her to get control of her money. Why do I have a feeling that under “education” on Trent Lamar Jackson’s resume, you’d find that he graduated with honors from JJU (Joe Jackson University)?

The NYDN adds that the papers also claim that Trent pretty much gave himself the position of CEO of Katherine Jackson’s life and controlled her communication with her kids. Trent allegedly didn’t give Katherine messages from her children and stayed close to her every time she visited or talked to them on the phone. Katherine says she had to hide in the closet to speak to her children on the phone. She also claims that Trent got himself a key to her bedroom door and let himself in whenever he wanted.

While Katherine’s in London, she asked her team to fire Trent from his six-figure driving job and evict him from her guest house. She’s afraid to come back, because she thinks he may get revenge by committing physical memaw abuse against her.

“Mrs. Jackson wants to return home from London but is afraid to go home with Trent there,” the filing states. “She fears he could physically harm her for terminating him.”

A judge gave the thumbs up to Katherine’s temporary restraining order against her nephew and ordered him to move out.

I had two thoughts after reading this story. The first one was: Where for art thou, La Toya, Jermaine, Tito, Rebbie and the other ones? I am a disciple of the Church of La Toya and we’re taught that La Toya knows all! I don’t know what to believe anymore. Also, wouldn’t Tito get the hint that something shady was going down when the phone would get cut off after he asked his mom for a “loan,” which was probably ever time he talked to her?

My second thought was: If this is true, Trent Lamar Jackson should be jailed for stupidity alone. He was supposedly making six figures and all he had to do was drive Miss Katherine around and do errands for her? You have to be crazy to mess that gig up. I have an auntie, who’s in her 80s, and it would be a dream to drive her around for a six-figure a year paycheck. I wouldn’t even be mad about her complaining about the temperature in the car every thirty seconds, and I’d shut my mouth as she screamed at me to turn right already. I mean, that “No Right Turn On Red” sign is just a suggestion, really!
