Farewell, Peter Graves

March 15, 2010 / Posted by:

Peter Graves, star of Mission: Impossible and the Airplane! movies, has gone off to the great big Turkish prison in the sky to watch gladiator movies with a naked grown man. Peter’s manager said he died of a heart attack outside of his home in Pacific Palisades, CA. Peter was aaaaaaalmost 84. His birthday is on Thursday.

Peter’s publicist said that he was far from being retired, and was even working on a few projects before his death. Peter’s career has taken him everywhere from Mission: Impossible to Airplane! to an episode of The Golden Girls to a show called The Angry Beavers (this had to be included).

Rest in peace, Peter Graves. Well, not completely in peace, because Tommy Girl is making another Mission: Impossible movie, so you’ll be rolling in your grave for the next couple of years.

That’s Clarence Oveur. Over.
