Paris Drops

Paris Hilton's attorney filed documents in Los Angeles this afternoon dropping the appeal on her 45-day sentence TMZ reports. Paris' attorney, Richard Hutton, had planned to personally file her appearl with Judge Michael Sauer this afternoon. Richard later had one of his staff telephone the judge to say they have decided to not file.
This news comes on the heels that the L.A. County Sheriff has reduced her sentence to 23-days and promised her a special "celebrity" sell in jail. Homegirl will serve the time.
At least she's smart enough (sort of) to listen to her attorney and just get it over with. If she sucks off enough guards she can only serve 1 day and 10 loads!
