Third Time’s a Charm?

Britney Spears is back in rehab for a third time in one week. The emergency custody hearing that was called by KFed today and has been cancelled due to Brit checking herself back in. The kids are currently with him and apparently he’s giving her one more shot. If she doesn’t complete the 30-day program, he will go back to court and ask for full custody of his kids. Here’s hoping….third time’s a charm! UPDATE – I guess she’s back at Promises in Malibu! Her mother took her there last night. Source
