Goodbye to Passions
January 17, 2007 / Posted by: admin
I speculated yesterday that NBC would announce today the cancellation of Passions to make room for a fourth hour of The Today Show. Well, today the network announced that after 8 years the show will come to an end in August. The Today Show won’t start their fourth hour until September.
However, the network said it will try to negotiate with other networks in bringing the show to them. It is also considering bringing the soap opera to the internet.
It’s also rumored that Ann Curry and Al Roker will co-host the fourth hour of Today. Gross. Ann and Al in place of hot, shirtless dudes? I’m speechless! This is a sad day in daytime and a sad day for hot, shirtless dudes!
