Rosie O'Donnell posted a video on her blog answering questions from readers like she normally does. When reader asked her about "The Price is Right" and why she isn't considering moving her family to Los Angeles in order to do it.
Rosie said, : "Here's the thing. I don't really need a job. I'm in a weird position. I don't need the money. But I'm just saying I don't. So to get my entire family uprooted from their lives and move them across the country so that I can have a fantasy childhood indulgence job just doesn't seem fair."
"If they were able to do it in New York it would be a different story. But it looks like it ain't gonna happen."
CBS apparently offered her the moon, but Rosie doesn't want to relocate. She told producers she could shoot several shows a day that way she can still spend the most of the week with her family, CBS didn't bite.
So the job is up for grabs!
Even though I love Rosie, I think CBS probably passed on her ass. Didn't she say she was sick of being around the heteros? The Price is Right is nothing but heteros! Floor to ceiling!
Rosie O'Donnell said in so many words on her blog that she's meeting with producers on the possibility of taking over for Bob Barker on The Price is Right come fall. Rosie's name has come up the most as a possible host. She's also been quite vocal about it and even Bob Barker said Rosie has his vote.
Well, he does like dogs. I'm sorry!
Rosie said, "If they asked me, I sure would … I LOVE THE PRICE IS RIGHT."
NOT ROSIE! I do love her and thinks she makes good TV, but not for a game show. Rosie needs a platform to talk about all the things that matter to her. She also bitched about being around heteros so much and The Price is Right is nothing but straight-up, Midwestern heteros!
Rosie O'Donnell just won't keep her lips shut about the whole "View" incident. People are finally moving past it, but she's not. Rosie is currently on tour with Cyndi Lauper's True Colors tour and she once again talked shit during a Columbia, MD gig.
Rosie told the audience, "I got to tell you, I've been hanging around with those heteros for a full year and it's not fun! Turn around one minute and they'll stab you in the back with a high heel. They will."
Elisabeth Hasselcrack was singing a different tune at the Daytime Emmys. She said, "With Rosie, the conversation is always fun, real and true."
Rosie also talked about the whole Roe VS Wade thing by saying, "I don't want anyone to have control over my body besides me and Angelina Jolie. Just a little joke, Kelli. She's out sick. She'll never hear it. Don't you YouTube it, or it'll be two more years of counseling."
Hmmm….Rosie and Angie….? Not a bad idea! Both love buying kids, both are pretty annoying and Rosie needs to eat less while Angie needs to eat more. This is perfect!
Rosie O'Donnell attended the Sunday Book & Author Breakfast at a 2007 Book Expo. She was there to promote her new book titled 'Celebrity Detox.'
The book refers to her attempt at leaving her talk show in 2002, where going from "speaking to 6 million people a day to being at home and speaking to six." In the book, O'Donnell says that it asks, "if celebrity and fame are truly a drug, can one go back to drinking and sip instead of taking a slug?" Huh???
She should have just titled her book "Ten Easy Steps To Make The World Hate You" and called it a day. Is she wearing a Kabbalah bracelet??
Anyway she goes on to say "I don't know if you've heard, but I won't be back on The View. Instead I'm going to be auditioning for The Apprentice." Damn Rosie! Get over it already!!! Now Donald will call her fat again and she'll insult him on her blog… here we go all over again. It's a vicious cycle.
Barbara Walters and Hasselcrack spoke out finally about “The View” brawl that went down last week. Their responses were pretty much boring. Barbara didn’t seem to buy Rosie’s excuse that she left the show early, because of the “split-screen.”
Hasselcrack is also pretending that things between her and Rosie will be good. Think again bitch! She can’t stand your ass!
Rosie O’Donnell’sfinal “The View” appearance aired today. It was previously recorded and I’m guess it was filmed way before the “big fight.” It’s Elisabeth Hasselbeck’s Birthday today and Rosie tells her that her pressie to her is a full week at her Florida home.
I’m guessing that invitation was taken back. Aww…….they used to be so “fake” in love!
