Dorit Kemsley Of “Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills” Was Robbed At Gunpoint During A Home Invasion
Dorit Kemsley of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills was involved in a scary situation at her home in Encino, CA last night. The Daily Mail says that Dorit and her two young children, 7-year-old Jagger, and 5-year-old Phoenix, were asleep when three men broke in. They went into Dorit’s bedroom, woke her up, and held her at gunpoint. Dorit reportedly begged for her life. Dorit and her kids were reportedly not harmed and the thieves got away with at least $100,000 worth of stuff.
A source close to Dorit told The Daily Mail that she had just arrived home on Tuesday from London where she’d been for a wedding with her husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley. PK stayed in London so he was not home at the time. At around 11:00 pm, Dorit was woken up by home invaders at the foot of her bed after they broke in through a sliding glass door:

The Daily Mail adds:
They grabbed her as she begged: “Don’t hurt my babies. Don’t kill me. I’m a mother.” To which one of the men responded: “Kill her.”
The intruders proceeded to ransack the house for about 20 minutes, stealing all of Kemsley’s jewelry and handbags. They did not enter the bedrooms belonging to her children.
After the intruders left, Kemsley contacted police and her husband, PK Kemsley, who was in London at the time. She remains at home and is “traumatized” by the incident. The source said her only focus during the invasion was to protect her children.
Dorit isn’t the first Housewife to get robbed. Kyle Richards’ home was broken into in 2017.
PK is currently heading back to California. The Daily Mail seems to think Dorit was supposed to start filming on RHOBH today. But Hollywood Life says that season 12 began production last Tuesday. And TMZ also heard production started and that Dorit’s incident will play out on the show. Um, if I know Andy Cohen–and I think I do–there’s no way he’s not going to have her trauma splayed on TV for his monetary benefit. That’s the whole thing! TMZ also said that fellow Housewives Erika Jayne, Lisa Rinna, and former Housewife, Teddi Mellencamp all went to Dorit’s house this morning to support her, but camera crews were not spotted on the scene. And since this will play out on camera, I’m sure that once Dorit tells the story, Erika will chime in with, “Tom’s house was broken into, and he confronted the burglar and then he had to go have eye surgery and then my son had to go over and help…”
