Lisa Vanderpump And Ken Todd Are Getting Sued For Unpaid Wages

Page Six says an ex-employee is coming after Lisa Vanderpump and her husband Ken Todd of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Vanderpump Rules. They are being sued for a variety of violations of California labor laws and also an unfair competition law, because of the way they’re allegedly running their restaurants: Tom Tom, SUR, Pump and Villa Blanca. But while she’s being sued for not paying workers, she has the gall to suggest Bravo is cheap for not throwing her a premiere party! Hmmm, I wonder why.

According to documents Page Six obtained, a former employee of the couple, Adam Pierce Antoine, filed a class-action lawsuit in December against them. He is suing them for:

“Failing to pay minimum and overtime wages, failing to provide meal breaks–or compensation in lieu of breaks–and for violating California’s unfair competition law at their various restaurants.”

This adds a whole new layer of: “Eat the Rich”. Get it? Because of the restaurants?

Adam also claims that time records would be manipulated after the fact so that the restaurants could stay in accordance with California labor laws. But in reality: “employees commonly exceeded 40-hour work weeks and 12-hour days.” Adam says this bullshit had gone on for “at least four years prior to the filing,” and is hoping that now he’s unbottled this genie more former employees who got screwed over will come forward and help him sue. He worked for Lisa himself from September to December 2018 and an initial court date has been set for March 13.

A source told Page Six about this, saying:

“These are disgruntled ex-employees that had been written up with many warnings by management and subsequently let go.”

Gee, I wonder who this source is. It’s not like there was just an entire season of RHOBH where Lisa was exposed for having connections to tabloids.

Meanwhile, TMZ says that Lisa was busy pretending that she wasn’t the cheap one here by complaining about Bravo. At the premiere party for the newest season of Vanderpump Rules, she got on the mic and acted her bitchy self.

Listen to this,  Randall EmmettYes, Fofty-Cent-Randall-Emmett-Pay-Me-Money–is the newest cast member on Vanderpump Rules. Some people just keep failing upwards. It does make sense since he’s engaged to Lala Kent who’s on the show. Well he threw the premiere party and TMZ sources (again, I wonder who) say that he put in $50,000 for the event. So you got all this money, why’d it take you so long to pay 50 back?

While making their self-congratulatory speeches about how amazing they are for putting on a show about a bunch of rich white people who manufacture their problems to generate publicity, Lisa got on the mic and talked shit to Bravo saying to Randall:

“I wanna thank you for being so generous and gracious and doing what Bravo could’ve done but didn’t…”

A Bravo source spoke to TMZ about this saying that:

“The network rarely throws premiere parties and it’s usually up to the production company to sponsor one.”

The source says Bravo had a party for the show’s first season and that Lisa was “simply making a joke Monday night”.

Wow, so we have other Housewives who are mad that Lisa dropped a bomb on the season and dipped. You have ex-employees who don’t get paid. And you have Bravo getting shaded by the mouth it feeds. Hmmm… there are a lot more suspects as to who orchestrated that Ferrari crashing into Pump. Maybe Lisa should consider pissing less people off?
