Open Post: Hosted By A Drunk Woman’s “Weird” Subway Sandwich Order

If you know anything about the drunken munchies, then you will sympathize with Anna James from the UK. After a night out, she stumbled into Subway, which further proves she was drunk because Subway allocates its meat sparingly like FEMA giving out aid after natural disasters. Well this time Subway caught a break, because Anna was not in the mood for any meat during her visit that day.

According to The Takeout, after a night out in Otley Run in Leeds, West Yorkshire, better known as the boozy part of town, Anna and a friend stopped into Subway for a sandwich. However, what she ordered is what’s causing all the fuss. Out of all the toppings Subway offers Anna, a vegetarian, decided to hit a quick combo of black olives, cucumbers and shredded cheese. That’s all. And her sad sandwich choice did not please people on Twitter.

The Mirror reports that drunk Anna’s sandwich has elicited strong reactions from the millions of critics that sulk around on Twitter, waiting for moments like this to showcase their unparalleled expertise on what sandwiches truly should be. Critiques have ranged from “This the worst sandwich I’ve ever seen,” to“Jesus Christ Anna who does order a subway like that??”

I don’t judge Anna for that salad on bread she calls a sandwich. I judge her for going to Subway in the first place. I mean, she is in London after all. I’m sure there was a 24-hour fish and chips buffet she could have went to instead of the place where sandwiches go to die.
