Michael Avenatti’s Accuser Has Filed A Restraining Order Against Him
The woman who accused Michael Avenatti of assaulting her has now filed a restraining order against him. After TMZ falsely reported that the alleged victim was Michael’s estranged wife, we now know that an Estonian actress named Mareli Miniutti is the woman who Michael allegedly struck. Little is known about Mareli. Her age is widely reported as “in her 20s”, she set her Instagram account to private and, according to The Daily Mail, she began removing photos from her Facebook account as soon after the restraining order was filed.
The Blast reports:
According to court records obtained by The Blast, actress Mareli Miniutti filed for a domestic violence restraining order against Avenatti Monday in Los Angeles. Miniutti is an actress in her 20s, originally from Estonia, and most recently scored a cameo in “Ocean’s Eight.”
Michael remains obstinate in his denials, claiming the charges are part of a political hit job instigated by Jacob Wohl, the child provocateur behind the false accusations levied against Robert Mueller. Michael and Jacob even got into it with each other on Twitter because that’s one of the major themes on this season of America. Here’s what Michael had to say about Mareli’s restraining order.
I look forward to a full clearing of my name and disclosure of all of the facts. I have NEVER abused a woman or committed domestic violence against anyone. Any claim to the contrary is completely bogus and fabricated. I am a target. And I will be exonerated.

Michael went on to suggest that Mareli turned her IG account to private because she posted evidence that does not support her claims.
People think they are so smart. Until they post stuff on IG that undercuts their bogus, fabricated claims they made less than 24 hrs earlier. We can’t wait for justice! #Basta

I’ve seen the Insta story that’s going around (because you know a million citizen detectives screen captured everything the moment Mareli’s name became public. And of course the Daily Mail has run all her pictures, and it doesn’t prove shit. But after that, Michael put it out there that there might be video evidence that will exonerate him.
There is nothing more powerful than video evidence. NOTHING! I will be fully exonerated.

And it’s being reported as a real possibility.
EXCLUSIVE! A source close to the @MichaelAvenatti investigation tells @HillReporter there are at least 4 security tapes that appear to exonerate @MichaelAvenatti. They say this is what Avenatti was talking about in his early morning tweet.https://t.co/SkdQJNM5bM

There’s a hearing on the restraining order scheduled for next month, but at the rate America is plowing through plot, we’ll have this chapter wrapped up by Black Friday and have a new scandal to contend with by Christmas.
