Why It’s A Bad Idea To Strike A Shiny Happy Pose In Your Mug Shot

That Ohio drew drop in the mug shot above could teach two classes. She could took a course at John Robert Powers on how to serve up 100 proof class in your mug shot. And she could also teach a class at The Learning Annex on how to piss off a judge in one quick and easy step.

Sweet Dee’s Ohio cousin, Mary Jordan, and two fellow delicate rose petals, Ashley England and Sammie Whaley, turned their “You deserve a break today” moment into a  ” You deserve to get handcuffed and jailed” moment when they jumped a McDonald’s employee for allegedly not moving as fast they wanted her to. Cleveland19 says that on June 8, the Trinity of Ohio Classiness was at a McDonald’s in Bellevue with their friends and family when decided that an employee, who doesn’t get paid nearly enough to deal with that kind of shit, was working too slowly. So they attacked the employee in the parking lot.

The Bellevue Police Department said on Facebook that thanks to footage from a surveillance camera at the McDonald’s, they were arrested. They were each charged with assault. Ashley was also charged with theft, because she allegedly stole the employee’s glasses. And both Mary and Ashley were both charged with child endangerment, because their children were not only there when it happened, they participated in the beat down. You know what they say! A family that beats a McDonald’s employee together, doesn’t really stay together, because CPS is probably going to step in.

When Mary, Ashley and Sammie were all arrested, they thought it would be a really good idea to do it up in their mug shots. Mary served up “Brown Sharpie eyebrows and a smile” in her mug shot, Sammie kept it somewhat normal and Ashley gave us smug Penn Jillette. It wasn’t a good idea and the judge was not amused.

Detective Eric Burt of the Bellevue Police Department says that they took other mug shots, but the cops wanted the judge to see the ones where they showed zero remorse. The judge wasn’t happy with their happy mug shots and sent them to jail:

“They were not purposely allowed to take the mug shots in that manner. That’s the way they decided to take the pictures. That’s why there was no 10% allowed on their bond and they were taken to jail.”

After this story made the rounds, Ashley claimed on Facebook that the employee called her children, who are biracial, a racial slur.

And well, I guess these three messes learned that if they want to throw out an “I don’t give a fuck” smile in their mug shot and get away with it, they better be a millionaire toddler pop star.
