TMZ Posts Audio From That Messy, Messy “Daniele Watts Vs. The LAPD” Situation

When the story of actress Daniele Watts getting put into handcuffs after she was mistaken for a prostitution whore-ah ended up everywhere on the Internet, the LAPD said that they had no record of the incident since she wasn’t arrested or brought into the station for questioning. They were telling the truth. They didn’t have record of it, because they gave the record to TMZ.

This morning, TMZ posted a different side of that messy, messy, messiness complete with pieces of audio recorded by the police. Daniele Watts and her boyfriend Brian James Lucas (I called him her husband in my last post about this, but apparently they’re not married) claimed in two separate Facebook posts that some bitch called the cops on their asses after seeing them kiss in a car parked outside of CBS Studios in Studio City, CA on Thursday afternoon. Brian said that the person saw a black chick kissing a white guy and instantly thought they were a whore and her trick. The police approached Daniele while she was on the phone with her dad and when they asked for her ID, she refused to give it to them because she did nothing wrong and felt like the cops were targeting her because she’s black.

TMZ says that witnesses from a nearby building told the police a totally different story…

The witnesses claim that Daniele and her man weren’t just doing kissing stuff in their car, they were full-on front seat fucking. The witnesses say that Daniele straddled Brian in the passenger seat and the door was wide open so everyone got a clear view of their afternoon delight show. After they finished, they cleaned up their fuck parts with a Kleenex.

In the piece of audio given to TMZ, the cop tells Daniele and Brian that someone called them claiming that “lewd acts” were going down in a car and he needs to see their IDs. Daniele refuses, says they did nothing wrong and adds, “Do you know how many times the cops have been called just for me being black? I’m just being honest.” The cop responds with, “Who brought up the race card?” Daniele tells the cop that if he wants to see her ID, he can take her down to the court office and she’ll cause a scene. Daniele then says, “I have a publicist and I work as an actor in this studio.” “I have a publicist!” is the new “Google me, you dumb fuck.” Daniele’s dad is still on the line and she tells him that she has every right to make out with her boyfriend in front of her studio, so she doesn’t have to give the cop her ID. The cop, Officer McSarcasty, shoots back with, “Keep yelling, that really helps!

In other clips that TMZ posted, Daniele cries, tells the cop she needs his first name so she can identify him to her publicist, calls him kind of racist and says “I hope when you’re fucking your spouses you feel really alive.” She also spit out this hippie realness, “I serve freedom and love. You guys serve detainment. That’s cool.”

Brian told CNN this morning that the cops eventually let Daniele go after he gave them her ID. Brian also said that the cops questioned him as though he was a trick and Daniele was a hooker. They’ve contacted lawyers, the NAACP and the American Civil Liberties Union. They plan to file a complaint against the LAPD.

I still blame the busy body, prude bitches who called the police in the first place. If Daniele and Brian were just kissing in the car, nobody should’ve called the police. If Daniele and Brian were doing more than kissing and were bumping wet parts, nobody should’ve called the police. When you see two people smearing their fuck juices all over a passenger seat by doing it in a car parked in a public place, you don’t call the cops on them. You record them in portrait mode on your phone, upload that video to YouTube and post the YouTube link on Reddit. Everyone knows that.
