Open Post: Hosted By The “Not The One” Cat Who Saved A Kid From A Mean Ass Dog

What is going on with cats lately? First, a cat opens his arms out like he really wants a hug from a human. And now we learn that a cat has put herself in danger by saving an actual human child from a mean dog. What is this world and what happened to all the bitchy, selfish pussies I’ve come to know and love?!

Erika Triantafilo of Bakersfield, CA gave KERO 23ABC surveillance footage from Tuesday afternoon of their family cat Tara saving her son Jeremy from an evil, kid-eating dog who tried to rip the boy’s leg off. In the video, the boy is riding around on his bike when a neighbor’s dog spots him and comes at him. Bakersfield is arguably the meth capital of California, so that methed out dog was probably going to tear off that poor boy’s leg and sell it on the black market for meth money.

Just when shit starts to go from bad to worse, Tara, the super pussy, leaps in out of nowhere and handles that dog. As Erika runs over to Jeremy to see if he’s okay, Tara chases the vicious dog off her property. Erika says that Jeremy’s got some cuts, but he’s going to be fine.

Erika told 23ABC the boy needed a few stitches, but he is doing fine. Erika said it could have been much worse.

“I’ve never seen a cat do that,” said Roger Triantatilo, Jeremy’s father said. “Especially ours. It just shows how much she really has a family-oriented mind set.”

TMZ says that animal control picked up the dog after it attacked Jeremy. The dog was really aggressive toward them, so they decided to put it sleep.

This might be the first time in the history of everything that a cat has done a complete act of selflessness. Tara was not fucking around and wasn’t going to let that dog pull some fuckery in her jurisdiction. If anybody’s going to attack Jeremy, it’s going to be Tara. Everybody else, better back away. She’s the captain now and forever.

But seriously, all these videos of cats doing nice things are part of the cat community’s master plan. They’re going to trick us into thinking they love us and just when we let our guard down, they’re going to take us over and make us their slaves. It’s a trap!
