It’s a dirty shame that Justin Bieber’s mother took a tissue and some spit to the scribble of eyeliner over his lip, because then he and John Waters would’ve had matching pencil staches for this picture. DAMN HER! Unfortunately, this picture was not taken after a meeting where John Waters offered Justin the role of Little Chrissy in a remake of Pecker. It was taken backstage at The Graham Norton Show. And yeah, it happened.
