Scheduling Conflict

Lindsay Lohan's got a court date for her DUI bust this morning. She will have to appear in court on August 24th at 8:30. She is also due to appear that same day for her Memorial Day weekend DUI arrest. Does that mean she can only RSVP to one date with the judge?
August 24th is a terrible day for Lohan, but a great day for us!
Lindsay's attorney has also issued this statement:
"Addiction is a terrible and vicious disease. Since Lindsay transitioned to outpatient care, she has been monitored on a SCRAM bracelet and tested daily in order to support her sobriety. Throughout this period, I have received timely and accurate reports from the testing companies. Unfortunately, late yesterday I was informed that Lindsay had relapsed. The bracelet has now been removed. She is safe, out of custody and presently receiving medical care."
Yes, addiction sucks, but why does she continue to get behind a wheel? It's sad to see her spiraling out of control, but she's making the decision to get behind the wheel. Lindsay was with 3 other people? Couldn't one of those so-called "friends_ have driven for her? Bitch needs help, but she also needs to come down to earth.
