Open Post: Hosted By Ralph Fiennes Busting Out Some Sick Moves

From what I’ve gathered, photocalls are pretty boring. You just stand there and look pretty and wait while people take 6,304 pictures of your ass. I guess Ralph Fiennes was tired of just standing around with Tilda Swinton during the photocall for A Bigger Splash at the Venice Film Festival yesterday, so he started to dance like nobody was watching. Except that everyone was watching. It was like the photocall for A Bigger Splash was taking place during the last ten seconds of an episode of Drag Race and RuPaul had just announced “Now let the music play!

A dancing #ralphfiennes just made my day here at the #venice #filmfestival!! 😀 #biennaledivenezia

Who knew Ralph Fiennes could move like that. And by “that“, I of course mean a malfunctioning Dancing Santa. I don’t know if Ralph was trying to break out a specific dance move, but if I had to guess, I’d say he was aiming for Tony Manero trying to swat away a swarm of bees meets Ashlee Simpson on SNL. Now if only someone would remix that video with LMFAO’s “Sexy And I Know It“, then the Venice Film Festival would have their Golden Lion winner for best film.
