Sun Jifa, a Chinese fisherman who made his own bionic arms by himself after a homemade fishing bomb went off prematurely and blew his hands off. That's the cue for Tony Stark, The Bionic Woman, The Six Million Dollar Man and Heather Mills to all have a seat.
Metro UK says that after Sun Jifa lost his hands in a blast fishing gone wrong accident, the hospital offered him a pair of prosthetic arms, but he couldn't afford them. So Sun Jifa asked himself WWMD (What Would MacGyver Do?) and the answer led him to start making his own pair of bionic arms. Sun Jifa spent eight years using his hand-less arms to make the perfect pair of steel arms that uses pulleys and wires to pick shit up. Sun Jifa's bionic arms cost practically nothing to make and so he's making Jifa Arms for others:
"I survived but I had no hands and I couldn't afford to buy the false hands the hospital wanted me to have - so I decided to make my own. I control them with movements from my elbows and I can work, love normally and feed myself just like anyone else. The only drawback is that steel is quite heavy so they're tiring to wear and get hot or cold in the extremes of summer and winter. I made this from scrap metal for virtually nothing. There is no need to pay hospitals a fortune."
So if I lose my hands in a blast fishing accident gone wrong, I know where to go for a pair of bionic arms: CHINA! And I also know to ask Sun Jifa if he's made a fap attachment for those bionic arms, because I'm not trying to get rust poisoning down there.

you "catch" them quicker and in bulk... they will float to the top... much easier and SAFER way is an electric charge to the water that only stuns them for a minute or so... they also float to the top.
