This "stupid fuck" thinks you're a jerk. I'll just post snippets from the June 11th "OP: Hosted by a Baseball Thief" and let them speak for themselves, regardless of you going back and trying to delete what you wrote. You attacked me, and not that it hurt my feelings, but to know that I had exchanged some comments and laughs with Fraggle (you) and then Lesbionic (you) attacked me for being a racist (the thread had absolutely nothing to do with race), and then Lesbionic [you] wouldn't let it go, accusing me of only standing up for brown and black people (?!?!?), and then Zombie Apocalpyse (you) stepped in, telling Lesbionic (you) to calm down or she (you) will be banned, all the while creating other alts ... well, that's an indication of something that goes beyond game/role playing; it bleeds into areas of loneliness and mental illness that elicits pity. It's like I know that you might be ill, but I can't deal; you're like watching an episode of "Hoarders." Like them, I feel bad for you, and like them, you think there's no problem with what you do. Maybe you should just create your own blog, a sort of Alt Disney World, where you and your alts can respond to one another. It would be okay, since they're all in on your little joke, your sense of humour, your whatever you want to call it, as opposed to the rest of the saps, aka, "stupid fucks" and "spazzasses" who hadn't a clue.

My humble suggestions?

Liquid vitamin D3 (and lot's of natural sun if you can get it in a safe way [i.e. after 3pm-ish])
methyl b12 (methyl b is the better and more potent b12).

You definitely need D3 to help you absorb calcium but the best calcium sources are milk/cheese and of course sardines (sardines are anti-inflammatory too and are great for your skin because they supply loads of natural bio-available Omega 3's).

If you are having 'numb-syndrome' in some of your extremities, you definitely need a b-complex because lacking in b-vitamins can cause nerve problems and even damage.

Don't neglect yourself. Be proactive and google some info. Don't just take my research for it.

I used to get really bad numbness to the point of pain in my feet until I researched and found out I was lacking in b-vitamins.

Hi Snowy, long time! I don't know what your situation is with your debit card but go & dispute the transaction at the bank. You can also dispute credit cards if you don't receive what you paid for. You go to the bank, tell them you want to fill out a dispute. Say yes I authorized the transaction but never received the goods/services I was paying for. Take in any relevant information. Most people don't even realize you have this option! I just have a friend that works for a bank that told me & I was refunded over $3000 for a 'scheme'. Good luck.
