Sylvester Stallone loves to stuff his face with pizza, pie and anything else he can fit in there before hitting the gym. He said that while training for Rocky Balboa he worked out all week, but left the weekends for filling his old man belly.
He said, “During the weekend I eat every piece of junk on the planet – pizza, pasta, pancake, pies. I really balloon. On a Monday I go back to normal portions, then by Friday the weight’s gone and I can start over.”
Gross. He’s the epitome of muscle fat. Huge, muscled arms and a fat gut!
