Case in point; Magnolia Pearl. No, she isn’t an old Southern Belle obsessed with the antebellum era, nor is she even a person. Magnolia Pearl is a line of hipster chic clothing affectionately referred to as “poverty core.” And do you know who coins terms like that? People who have never been poor a day in their life. Yet ironically, over on TikTok the shade is rich and plentiful as some aren’t understanding what the big fuss is about.

And some people think her fashion choice was a good idea, while others believe she should have won the award for Best Vision Blocking Vestment.

She wasn’t nominated for any awards this year, but she first hit the red carpet in a red wig, white pantsuit with black polka dots, and a matching big ass hat (perfect for peeing in); then presented the award for “Best Country Album” with a red wig again and a getup that reminded a lot of people of a character from the anime Chainsaw Man.

Now that Kanye West fancies himself an anglophile inspired by THE QUEEN’S passing to (temporarily) release all of his grudges, he had to grace London Fashion Week with his presence. Despite many people holding a grudge against wearing flip-flops with socks outside of the house, Ye showed up to a runway show on Monday serving us “mom screamed at you to bring the groceries in from the car immediately and this was the only foot covering by the back door.” And if the footwear wasn’t enough to get the Brits talking, Ye also whipped up an Instagram Story the night before presumably equating either Kim Kardashian divorcing him or the loss of his mom, Donda West, to the UK losing their queen.
