Steve-O Left A Sad Note For Bam Margera On Instagram, Writing That He Can’t Save His Friend

/ February 3, 2023

Bam Margera has battled mental health and addiction issues for a long time. The last year has been an especially dark one for the 43-year-old Jackass star: he was in and out of court-ordered rehab, relapsed big time after being egged on by fans who mistakenly thought he was under a conservatorship and was hospitalized on a ventilator after an unfortunate pneumonia/COVID one-two punch in December. Later, Bam revealed he was pronounced dead in the hospital but managed to recover. Then, last month, Steve-O announced he’d thrown Bam a bone and hired him as the opening act for nine dates on his comedy tour. Over the last couple of weeks, both men have been posting selfies together, and things looked like they were going well. Until a couple days ago, that is. Yahoo! reports that 48-year-old Steve-O called out Bam on Instagram, revealing this his buddy is still getting loaded and won’t choose recovery. Warning: SAD.

Bam Margera Is In The Hospital With Pneumonia And Has Been Placed On A Ventilator

/ December 9, 2022

Bam Margera has had a particularly chaotic run in his time in the “doing dumb shit” arena by doing so much dumb shit that he catapulted himself out of the Jackass category. Last we heard from him, he was court-ordered to attend rehab, left rehab and went on the run, and then went back to rehab. Since then, though, he’s been partying it up while emboldened by an ill-informed “Free Bam” movement. But, right now, Bam has no other choice than to slow down because he developed pneumonia that’s been further complicated by COVID and is on a ventilator in the hospital.

Bam Margera Was Found Safe And Is Back In Rehab

/ June 16, 2022

Yesterday, I posted about Bam Margera going missing after leaving a Florida rehab center that he was court-ordered to attend. Everyone can breathe a sigh of relief/un-clutch their enormous, chunky douchebro crucifixes; the Jackass star/skateboarder/nightmare of a son was located last night and has been safely taken back to rehab.

Bam Margera Is Missing After Reportedly Fleeing A Florida Rehab Facility

/ June 15, 2022

Usually, when I think of the Jackass guys, I think of watching their gross stunts with an amused kind of apprehension, with hands ready to cover my eyes as I waited for one of them to inevitably take a dump on someone or something. But for the past few years, Bam Margera has just been tough to watch, period, as he struggled with his addiction. He got kicked off of a flight for being drunk and asked Dr. Phil for help getting clean, said he was going to rehab but didn’t and got arrested for being drunk at a hotel, and then was involved in a lawsuit when Johnny Knoxville axed him from one of the Jackass movies for allegedly disobeying the “wellness agreement.” In concerning news, Bam has now been reported missing by a Florida rehab facility that he was court-ordered to attend.

Bam Margera Is Suing Johnny Knoxville For Firing Him From “Jackass Forever”

/ August 9, 2021

Jackass Forever, aka Jackass 4, is scheduled for release on October 22nd, and based on the first trailer, it should be a really great film for Jackass fans, and a fun night at the movies for anyone who likes to play guessing games (like, guess how many femurs got broken during filming, or guess how much it cost to insure a 50-year-old Johnny Knoxville). Almost everyone from the original group is back, with two notable absences. First, Ryan Dunn, who died in a car accident in 2011, just eight months after the release of Jackass 3D. Second, 41-year-old Bam Margera, who is very much alive. But during production on Jackass Forever, Bam went from active participant to getting fired for allegedly breaking a “wellness agreement.” Bam thinks he was done dirty by his Jackass crew and Paramount Pictures, and now he’s suing them all.

Bam Margera Never Went To Rehab And Got Arrested For Being Drunk At A Hotel

/ August 14, 2019

Last week, Bam Margera was kicked off a flight for being drunk. A quick peek at his Instagram account showed that he was spending most of his time hurling insults at his mother, April Margera, and his wife, Nikki Margera. Bam also used some of his time on Instagram to ask Dr. Phil for help. If you saw the name Dr. Phil and assumed it was going to get worse before it got better, you’d be correct. Because things are worse.
