Christine Baumgartner Says She’ll Move Out Of Kevin Costner’s House Once The Courts Confirm How Much Money She’ll Be Getting

Even though the happenings of Kevin Costner and Christine Baumgartner’s divorce have been Fresca compared to Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s Mountain Dew (though there’s still time for it to devolve further), they’ve still been consistently delivering the dysfunction. According to Kevin, Christine has been squatting in the mansion HE owns because she was supposed to vacate within 30 days of her May 1 divorce filing, as outlined in their prenup. He’s given her over $1 million to get out and find a bachelorette pad, but she hasn’t budged and requested almost $250k a month in child support to maintain the quality of life their three teenage kids are accustomed to. Kevin reportedly accused Christine of being a Princess of Thieves who is only staying put so she can leverage how much of their assets she’ll get to bag, and it seems that may be the case since Christine has allegedly laid down the condition that she’ll move out once the court confirms the exact dollar amount Kevin will have to pony up.

Radar Online (via TMZ) got their hands on some legal docs that assert Christine will move out of the couple’s beachfront manse in two months IF she knows exactly how much money she’ll have to spend on a new beachfront manse.

According to new legal docs, obtained by RadarOnline.com, Christine Baumgartner says she will move out of the beachfront home in Carpenteria, CA on August 31 … as long as Kevin provides financial support as determined by the court.

Christine’s not pleased with Kevin urging her to GTFO with their three kids without knowing how she’ll ever financially support the needs of three overindulged kids as a destitute, struggling single mother.

Christine claims Kevin wants her to find a new place to live ASAP without a financial plan in place … and with three kids, she says it’s not in their best interests for her to move into a new place until she knows how much money she’s going to be getting from Kevin.

TMZ adds that Kevin, who is currently paying Christine $51,940 a month for expenses, has accused her of using frivolous personal expenses to try to prove why she needs $250k a month to care for their kids.

Kevin’s forensic accountant says in the new divorce docs, the expenses Christine Baumgartner uses to justify a quarter-mil a month are outrageous. One of the expenses Christine lists includes more than $100,000 in cosmetic surgery — her own. There’s also thousands of dollars in boutique shopping, huge ATM withdrawals and other expenses Kevin’s people say have nothing to do with child support.

A lot of what Christine lists as expenses are on credit card bills … including her own attorney’s fees.

And, Costner’s accountant says there are one-time expenses that have nothing to do with child support, such as construction loans.

Kevin and Christine have a court date on July 12, where the judge will leave either Kevin or Christine no choice other than to clip coupons to shop at Walmart because, obviously, Kevin’s rumored net worth of about $250 million doesn’t go very far IN THIS ECONOMY, especially when there are so many more questionable guest house inhabitants to support and honeymoon massage therapists to allegedly explore.
