Kourtney Kardashian And Travis Barker Had A Gender Reveal
Move over, 2015. 2023 is here, and gender reveal parties are still happening! And who better to extravagantly tell the world what color onesie the baby will wear for the first five years of its life than Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker? Instead of using a sign at a concert to announce whether or not the baby will play with trucks or dolls, the couple posted a video of the gender reveal on Instagram.
The people have grown weary of Kourtney and Travis’s antics. Once you’ve seen 15 weddings, you’ve seen ’em all. So, to keep the stuntin’ fresh and eyeballs glued to their antics, they’ve gone and made a baby. After telling us their intentions to procreate from the start of their relationship, Kourtney and Travis finally made good on the threat by revealing during a recent Blink-182 concert that she is with child. They now have an excuse to bombard us with social media post after social media post of Kourtney’s baby bump and Travis probably tonguing it. The baby hype train was officially kicked off with a gender reveal party. How retro. via Page Six:
Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker posted a rock n’ roll gender reveal on social media Saturday — with a burst of blue confetti indicating that they about to have a bouncing baby boy.
Kardashian posted a video on her Instagram of the reveal, which showed the pregnant reality star sitting on Barker’s lap as he sat behind a drum kit.
“Tell me when you’re ready,” The Blink 182 drummer tells his wife. “Is our pyro guy ready?” he asks someone.
“I don’t know what’s happening,” Kardashian says, beaming.
Kourtney knows precisely what’s happening. It’s time to use a baby for clout! The pyro guy was indeed ready because after Travis played a drum roll, the sky filled with blue confetti. Interesting that they used a video camera from 1993 to capture the event. They must’ve blown the budget on the Party City confetti. With the “I’m pregnant!” and “It’s a boy!” announcements out of the way, we can be sure to expect the traditional birth date, name, spin off documentary, and drummer baby clothing line announcements soon! I can’t wait.
