Cameron Diaz Reportedly Regrets The On-Set Fight She Had With Jamie Foxx Prior To His Hospitalization

After living a life of leisure away from acting, Cameron Diaz decided it was time to give the people what they want; a comeback! So when it was announced she and Jamie Foxx would be in a film on Netflix titled Back In Action, it seemed like she was about to make her triumphant return. NOT! Because Jamie fell ill under some very mysterious circumstances, which put the film on hold. However, before that, Jamie and Cameron apparently got into a nasty argument that caused a rift in their friendship. So now, Cameron is at home doing wall slides and praying with her rosary beads that she and Jamie can mend their broken fence since she feels terrible about their last interaction.

The Daily Mail reports that, like the rest of the world, we have no idea exactly what the hell happened to Jamie. It’s all messy and confusing, but while we were awaiting more information, Cameron was at home racked with guilt for her and Jamie’s on-set shouting match.

Cameron was ready to quit acting for a second time when problems started occurring behind the scenes of Back In Action. The ongoing issues are said to have caused Cameron and Jamie to get into heated arguments on-set.

Their disagreements were reportedly never resolved prior to Jamie’s hospitalization, and now the friend says that Cameron is suffering from huge ‘guilt’ over the fact that she and her pal never ‘made amends’.

‘Cameron feels a tremendous sense of guilt now about their quarrels since she has not been able to make amends,’ the insider shared.

The “friend” never shared details about what Cameron and Jamie fought about but it was probably something silly, like Lucy Liu being his favorite from Charlie’s Angels. And if you think Cameron has an inside track on how Jamie is doing and what’s really going on think again! Because they haven’t spoken to each other in quite some time.

A close friend of the 50-year-old actress tells DailyMail.com exclusively that  ‘Cameron has not spoken to Jamie at all and does not know anything other than what she hears.’ The A-listers were shooting scenes together days before he was hospitalized.

Cameron has since wrapped filming for her ‘comeback’ project, but the insider says that she may not be coming back at all due to the series of unfortunate events that transpired since she decided to return to her acting shoes.

And with that, expect Cameron to do a deep bow, collect her check, and gracefully exit the stage for good this time. But not before she re-enacts the wedding crashing scene from The Sweetest Thing, only this time she’s busting down Jamie’s hospital door to get all the answers.
