Kroy Biermann Allegedly Locked Kim Zolciak Out Of Her Online Business, And The Police Were Called To Their Home Twice Last Month

Time for some more Kim Zolciak v. Kroy Bierrman divorce drama! Quick cliff notes off the top: the former Real Housewives of Atlanta and Don’t Be Tardy cast members are fighting over custody of the kids, there’s messy accusations coming from both sides (gambling, drugs, mental issues), and the entire family seems to be broke as hell. Last week, Kim got so desperate for cash that she began selling her stuff (including THEE WIGS) on her website, The Biermann’s Closet. But, last night, she took to her Instagram Stories to tell fans to stop shopping there. A source tells Page Six that Kroy has locked Kim out of the site. Um, did Kroy really lock her out? Or did Kim lose the sticky note with her password? In other, far more serious news, RadarOnline reports that the police were called to Kim and Kroy’s house on May 2 and May 4 due to domestic disputes. And the mess just keeps on comin’!
First, the website mess. Here’s what Page Six’s Kimsider said:
“Kim has no access and is locked out,” a source close to Zolciak tells us. “So she wants to start a new shop with complete autonomy.”
Here’s Kim’s Story from last night:
And now for the dark stuff. According to the police report from May 2, 37-year-old Kroy called the cops because 45-year-old Kim allegedly wouldn’t leave the bathroom when he wanted to take a shower. When the officers arrived at 10:23 PM, Kroy claimed that “nothing physical occurred,” and their kids were asleep at the time. But Kim says Kroy shouted at her, and when she tried to exit the bathroom, he allegedly blocked her by standing in the doorway and threatened to chest bump her. Kim also told the cops that “similar incidents occurred in the past,” but she hadn’t called the police cuz she didn’t want attention from the media. She also said there had been a few times when Kroy had grabbed her phone to stop her from calling 911. The police warned Kroy that he could be charged the next time he pulled something like that, and both Kroy and Kim agreed to remain separated that night.
On May 4, it was Kim’s turn to call the police. At 6:49 PM, she called 911 to accuse Kroy of locking her jewelry, a $175,000 designer purse, and her passport in their basement safe. During questioning, Kroy claimed Kim had physically attacked him, and he had the audio recording to prove it.
“Kroy then advised that Kim had punched him in the back of the head during an earlier altercation concerning the disputed property,” the report stated.
Biermann told the officer he didn’t have any “visible injuries or evidence to prove that Kim had caused any injuries to him other than an audio recording of the incident,” the report stated.
Apparently, Kim was arguing that the purse and jewelry belonged to her, but Kroy told cops they were “marital property.” He accused his wife of having a “gambling problem” and losing “a large sum of the money recently.” Kroy eventually removed the items from the safe. At the same time, Kim was “furiously loading” purses, glasses, handbags, and other personal items into her Range Rover in an attempt to prevent Kroy from taking her stuff. Kim begged the police to stay to prevent Kroy from stopping her, and, in retaliation, Kroy whipped out his phone to film her actions (presumably for their divorce battle). He also put his attorney on speaker phone to explain the definition of “marital property” to Kim. At one point, the police admonished the couple for fighting in front of their “shell-shocked” children (aw geez). Eventually, they left.
But later that evening, at 10:42 PM, Kroy called the cops again. He accused Kim of using his credit card, which he claimed was marital property. BUT IT WASN’T OVER YET. At 1:19 AM, Kim called 911 to report that she’d return home to pick up her meds from the bathroom, but Kroy had barricaded himself inside and was refusing to open the door. Kroy eventually put the medication outside in the hallway. OK, so it’s over now, right? NOPE. Kim ONCE AGAIN called 911 to claim that some of her meds were missing. When police suggested Kim call an ambulance to take her to the hospital, she backed down and decided to sleep in another room.
WHEW. What a tale. My thoughts are with Kim and Kroy’s poor children and anyone from their town who kept getting a busy signal when they called 911 on May 4. We may never know how many Georgian lives were lost that night…
