Erika Jayne “Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills” Was Spotted Hanging Out With “Recently Arrested” Lawyer Jim Wilkes (UPDATE)
UPDATE: A rep for Erika Jayne says that there’s nothing romantic going on between her and Jim Wilkes, and he’s her lawyer and family friend.
Back in November 2020, Erika Jayne/Erika Girardi’s trophy-wife wings were clipped when news broke out that her octogenarian lawyer-turned-criminal husband Tom Girardi was exposed for embezzling tens of millions of dollars from his clients and filed for divorce in November 2020 under the proclamation that she had no clue. So while you’d think 51-year-old Erika would be amped to spend her newly single era shaking beds with guys who don’t have liver spots on their dicks, she was recently seen in Las Vegas with 72-year-old “recently arrested lawyer,” Jim Wilkes.
According to Page Six, Jim Wilkes was charged last month with “aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, which is a felony, and misdemeanor battery after firing two shots inside his Tampa, Fla., home during a domestic dispute. Erika was seen in him in Las Vegas, where she will soon be doing her artist residency for audiences of widow and orphan skeptics. Here’s a shot of Erika and Jim walking through Caesars Palace:

But alas! On Tuesday afternoon, Jim dispelled the dating rumors by posting an Instagram photo with Jessica Collins- his apparent “wife,” who he reportedly filed for divorce from back in March 2021. The caption of his post reads, “My wife and me. Having a nice moment.”Â
Where things get weird is that supposedly Wilkes has been wiring hundreds of thousands of dollars to Erika to cover her mountainous legal fees, according to Page Six:
The legal eagle, who was a longtime associate of Jayne’s estranged husband, reportedly has been helping the Bravolebrity with her financial woes amid her divorce, with the US Sun reporting that he allegedly sent her just under $500,000.
“Erika filed a summary judgment motion to get herself out of the case, and in response, the law firm noted that Erika was receiving hundreds of thousands of dollars for her legal fees from an attorney named James Lewis Wilkes, II, via Wilkes’ law firm,” read court documents previously obtained by the outlet.
Although it’s still up in the air why the two were hanging out in Sin City and why he’s paying her legal fees- if there’s anything we’re absolutely sure of, it’s that if you’re senile a distinguished gentleman looking for companionship just add “disgraced lawyer” to your Raya profile and you might just see The Pretty Mess pop up in your DMs!
