Selena Gomez’s Ex-Friend And Kidney Donor, Francia Raisa, Says Selena’s Fans Are Bullying Her Relentlessly (UPDATE)
UPDATE: TMZ shared today that a few months ago, Francia’s dad revealed on a Spanish radio show the reason for her and Selena’s rift: Francia called out Selena for drinking after securing that donated kidney. Selena’s reps didn’t comment, but if true, whew, she’s lucky that ignoring questions about her was as far as Francia went.
It’s hard to keep track of the ever-growing list of Selena Gomez‘s girl feuds, but a few incidents ago, Selena said in an interview that Taylor Swift was her ONLY Hollywood friend. But, back in 2017, she needed a kidney transplant, and her friend (at the time) Francia Raisa generously donated one. Technically, Francia’s in the Hollywood set since she’s appeared in such white-hot bangers like Life-Size 2 and How I Met Your Father, so she took offense to Selena leaving her out and unfollowing her on social media. Selena then coldly responded and was basically like, “soooo sorry I didn’t mention every single person I know.” So when a Backgrid pap “ran into” Francia out and about last week, she shadily dodged every question they asked her about her relationship with Selena. After all, Selena’s rabid fans, the Selenators, are ready to strike at any moment and she was probably trying to avoid that whole mess. But Francia’s shady silence about Selena must’ve been deafening to the Selenators because she says they’ve been constantly bullying her ever since.
TMZ says Francia was out walking her dog last week when the pap caught up with her and went in with the Selena questions; because if not for that whole kidney thing, most people probably wouldn’t know who Franzia Boxed Wine was. But, she instead chose to respond by talking about what a nice day it was, the weather, the Lakers, and the trees. She did end up promoting organ donation though, again without mentioning Selena. And this week, Francia provided an update that she’s now catching so much hell from Selena’s fanbase that she’s struggling mentally. Selena attempted to quiet her fans’ fervor before when they were bullying Hailey Bieber (it didn’t work), but so far has yet to back them off from Francia. via TMZ:
Francia Raisa says she’s been on the receiving end of some serious bullying since speaking out on her broken relationship with Selena Gomez after donating her kidney to the singer.
Francia says things have gotten so bad, she’s now suffering mentally. She tells us one of the most hurtful comments she’s gotten was, “I hope someone goes up your p***y and rips out your other kidney you f***ing whore.” So yeah, things have gotten pretty intense.
Francia says getting bullied by Selena’s fan base doesn’t make any sense … especially since Selena’s been a huge advocate against this kind of behavior. In her eyes, all the online hate needs to stop not just against her, but for everyone who’s getting attacked by fans.

Who are the people in this demographic that are willing to risk it all for Selena Gomez? Sheesh. They should be grateful that Francia gave their lord and savior, Selena, the gift of continued life so she can continue mediocrely whisper-singing and making the lives of other 30-something celebrity women miserable for years to come!
