“Real Housewives Of Miami’s” Lisa Hochstein Will Get $8,000 A Month In Temporary Support From Her Estranged Husband

Whatever happened to the good old days when trophy wives could divorce their loaded husbands and make out with half their fortune? We’re deff not living in that America anymore because last week, a judge ruled that Real Housewives of Miami cast member Lisa Hochstein’s estranged plastic surgeon husband, Lenny Hochstein, must give her $8,000 a month in temporary support. And just like that, Lisa became upper middle class!

From the get-go, it looked like it was going to be a bitter divorce battle for Lisa, seeing that during the latest season of RHOM, Lenny totally iced her out after he outed his affair with some 20-something-year-old Instagram “model,” Katharina Mazepa, then proceeded to demand that Lisa take their two young children, 7-year-old Logan and 3-year-old Elle, and move out of their Star Island home. As Andy Cohen cackled with glee, shit got extra messy extra fast. And Lisa’s train wreck divorce fight continues.

Lisa and Lenny were married for around 12 years before splitting last year. According to The Bravo Docket, a podcast hosted by two attorneys who break down celebrity legal disputes, Lenny’s lawyers drew up a prenup before marrying Lisa in 2009, and it stated that he “agrees to pay McCallum [Lisa] and McCallum agrees to accept from Hochstein $10,000 per month as temporary support for a maximum period of 6 months or until the entry of a final judgment.” And somehow Lisa is making out with less than what she was promised. According to Page Six:

Judge Abby Cynamon ruled last week that the plastic surgeon should pay the “Real Housewives of Miami” star $8,000 per month via direct deposit starting May 1 as temporary support, according to the legal filing obtained by Page Six.

The Miami judge also ordered Lenny to continue to “maintain the status quo” financially for Lisa and their two children, Logan and Elle, and pay for their medical insurance.

He also has to continue to pay for the kids’ school tuition, extracurriculars, camp, and more.

Cynamon also ordered Lenny pay $60,000 worth of Lisa’s legal fees directly to her attorney. Page Six previously reported that Lisa owed the law firm representing her $85,000.

This decision came after Lenny’s side argued that Lisa makes $30,000 an episode on RHoM (the last season was made up of 19 episodes), and that’s more than enough to take care of herself and their children. The internet claims that Lenny’s net worth is $50 million, including a mansion on Star Island.

So if Lisa is making $30k an episode for RHoM and is now temporarily getting $8k a month from Lenny, that means she’s bringing in more than half a million dollars a year. That’s RICH RICH RICH territory to all of us, but that’s probably Lisa’s yearly Botox and Birkin budget alone. Now Lisa’s co-star Larsa Pippen, who dared to accuse her of having a mortgage (THE HORROR!), is really going to shame her for being broke!
