Leah Remini Says Danny Masterson’s Legal Team Tried To Get Her Removed From The Courtroom On The First Day Of His Rape Retrial (UPDATE)

Leah Remini has entered the chat. Late last year, Danny Masterson was tried on sexual assault charges in Los Angeles, and it ended with a hung jury. Prosecutors decided to retry him, and his retrial started this week. And the first day of his retrial got a special guest appearance by Leah Remini, supreme slayer of Scientology and David Miscavige’s worse nightmare. Cinemablend says that Leah showed up in court on Monday to support the three former Scientologists who have accused Danny of sexual assault and Scientology of trying to shut them up. And surprisingly (not at all), Scientology goons didn’t want her there.
Leah took to Twitter to explain her attendance in a series of tweets, starting off by saying, “1. Today I attended the opening arguments in the rape trial of celebrity Scientologist Danny Masterson. I attended to show my support for the women who were not only brutally raped by Danny but then subjected to years of harassment by Scientology.” Then she went on to spill that Danny’s legal team asked the judge to remove her from the courtroom. Hmm…thou dost protest too much?

3. First, I am not on the witness list for the prosecution.
Second, this shows how threatened Scientology is by the truth.

5. David Miscavige may be used to ordering around Scientologists, but he will never dictate where I'm allowed to be and what I'm allowed to say.

According to Variety, Danny’s alleged victims were all members of Scientology, which prosecutors explained, interfered with the women feeling safe enough to come forward with their stories since Scientology doesn’t allow their members to go to law enforcement.
The Church of Scientology was a significant theme during Monday’s opening statements with prosecutors telling jurors about the role they allege that Scientology played in the women’s reluctancy to report their alleged rapes. According to the prosecution, the Church of Scientology forbids women from going to the police to report sexual assault, and if they do, they could be declared a “suppressive person” by the Church and “lose essentially your whole life,” which has “devastating” consequences.
“They handle things internally. You don’t go to the outside world,” deputy D.A. Mueller said.
Hopefully, Leah will continue to be a thorn in Danny and David’s evil sides until the day they try to throw her in whatever room Shelly Miscavige is in. And even then, Leah will keep eating them up.
UPDATE: The Church of Scientology sent a statement denying that they don’t allow members to go the police, and they added that Shelly Miscavige is not missing.
The Church has no policy prohibiting or discouraging members from reporting criminal conduct of anyone, Scientologists or not, to law enforcement. Quite the opposite. Church policy explicitly demands Scientologists abide by all laws of the land. All allegations to the contrary are totally FALSE.
Leah Remini is the source of this fabricated allegation about Mr. Miscavige’s wife. Remini’s claims have been completely debunked by law enforcement as recently as November 2022, when the LAPD issued a statement exposing her lie: https://twitter.com/lapdpio/status/1591279691390152704
