Pete Davidson Might Catch Criminal Charges For His One-Car Crash Last Month, And He Shoved A Handsy Fan At A Knicks Game Yesterday

It’s too bad that Pete Davidson’s no longer in Kris Jenner’s inner circle, or the fallout from his one-car crash into a Beverly Hills home would’ve ended with a handshake and a friendly ride home from the cops. But instead, he could be facing criminal charges for that incident last month. And in another pivot from most Pete news being about him shoving his average-sized revolving door dick into a new piece, he was instead seen shoving an overzealous fan at last night’s Knicks game.

TMZ says that though no one was injured and drugs and alcohol were ruled out as contributing factors to Pete high-fiving a 90210 house with his Benz with his current girlfriend Chase Sui Wonders in the passenger seat, he was probably going too fast, so the case has been handed to the LA County DA and reckless driving charges could be on the way.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … the Beverly Hills Police Department recently wrapped its investigation, and sent the case over to the L.A. County District Attorney’s Office to determine whether Pete will be charged for the crash.

We should note, the case is headed to the District Attorney, which usually handles felony cases … but in Beverly Hills, the D.A. also can handle misdemeanor charges.

As we first reported, drugs and alcohol were ruled out as factors in the mishap, but we know Pete was traveling at a high rate of speed when he crashed … so you gotta imagine at the very least, a reckless driving charge is on the table.

In slightly better news for Pete, he got to watch his beloved Knicks win at home last night. But then on his way out of Madison Square Garden, one annoying guy– who’s either a huge fan of Pete or was just trying to sniff scant Kim Kardashian butt residue left over from her turn on Hollywood’s confusingly favorite ride–wouldn’t get out of Pete’s space and kept touching him. Pete finally got fed up and touched back. via TMZ:

Pete was posing for pics and high-fiving a bunch of his fellow Knick fans as he left Madison Square Garden Sunday afternoon. You see Pete appears to pose for a pic with one dude in a pink shirt and blue cap and continues to move through the crowd.

That clearly wasn’t enough for the fan though, who continued to follow Pete … putting his arm around the comedian and resting his head on Pete’s shoulder.

Pete tries to stay cool, taking more pics with others, but when the overzealous fan continued to get all up in his grill Pete understandably snaps … shoving the dude away and telling him to back off.

Here’s that:

And from another angle:

That Pete does love a Knicks game moment! The push looked warranted; that man was handsy and probably reeked of Michelob Ultra and shame. It’s too bad that the Beverly Hills house couldn’t push back in dramatic fashion when Pete rudely invaded its personal space, though!
