Bill Hader And Ali Wong Made Their Pap Stroll Debut

Earlier this week, Bill Hader’s rep confirmed that he and Ali Wong were back together after briefly dating and splitting last year. This relationship update was shared right around the time people were calling for a boycott of Ali’s Netflix show, Beef, over star David Choe’s 2014 confession that he sexually assaulted a massage therapist. Coincidence? Or the Hollywood PR machine’s attempt to distract the masses with a fluffy new celebrity romance (while simultaneously promoting the new season of Bill’s Barry). Either way, Bill and Ali are out there, baby, and, yesterday, Page Six published PDA-filled pap photos of the new couple. David Choe who?
Page Six has all the photos, which show “the normally low-key couple” looking “loved-up” on a hike in L.A.:

The hiking pics were taken Wednesday, which was Ali’s 41st birthday. Later that day, Ali and 44-year-old Bill were spotted heading out for a dinner date:
While Hader kept his outfit casual in a black shirt and matching jeans, Wong wowed in a colorful dress, gold earrings and a puffy headband.
I guess they’re a cute couple, in a very “height disparity” way (think the Hound and Arya Stark from Game of Thrones). Google says Bill is 6’1,” and Ali is 4’11”, and, as you can see in the pics, she really has to crane her neck to make contact with his lips. But don’t worry about Ali sustaining a kiss-related injury. Ali and her fellow Beef star Steven Yeun have been getting shit for not responding to the David Choe mess. So lady’s been ducking and dodging this David Choe controversy all week, she’s nice and stretched!
UPDATE: I guess Ali Wong and Steven Yeun got sick of getting shit for staying quiet because they released this joint statement, along with Beef creator Lee Sung Jin, about the David Choe situation.
“The story David Choe fabricated nine years ago is undeniably hurtful and extremely disturbing. We do not condone this story in any way, and we understand why this has been so upsetting and triggering. We’re aware David has apologized in the past for making up this horrific story, and we’ve seen him put in the work to get the mental health support he needed over the last decade to better himself and learn from his mistakes.”
