Raquel Leviss’ Restraining Order Against Scheana Shay Has Been Dismissed

Vanderpump Rules fans have seen their fair share of bitch slaps, sucker punches, and hand-shaped red marks over the years to know assault is totally within the realm of possibility between this show’s cast members, but we’ll never really know if Scheana Shay gave her castmate Raquel Leviss a black eye because the temporary restraining order that Raquel got against Scheana has been officially dismissed after Raquel was a no-show at court. Either way, Raquel’s word basically means nothing to anyone after sneaking around in her months-long affair with Tom Sandoval behind Ariana Madix’s back.

Scheana showed up to her scheduled hearing yesterday morning, face beat and suited up in a courtroom-chic blazer, to tell the judge that Raquel is a liar. But since Raquel didn’t show up, the judge had no choice but to drop the case. But this isn’t really a surprise since last week headlines came out saying that during the tapping for the VPR reunion, Raquel had Andy Cohen serve Scheana with papers saying she’ll be dropping her restraining order.

TMZ asked Scheana if Raquel dropping the case means there’s hope for them to end the beef, but Scheana said, “Hell no! That’s a hard no.” Then went on to say, “Her absence today further proves that this will was a PR stunt from the beginning, trying to just deflect from the affair, save face, and you know, abuse the court system- there’s people out there who actually need this- there are real victims of domestic violence out there. There’s amazing organizations such as Futures Without Violence, Life Wire who help people who really need this.” Great point, Scheana! She must be so knowledgeable on the topic since her husband can’t see his kids after he slapped the shit out of his ex.

Scheana’s attorney Neama Rahmani also had some words to say about the situation. And by some, I mean a whole ass rant. According to TMZ:

Scheana Shay’s attorney Neama Rahmani tells us, “This isn’t reality TV. This is the real world and Rachel’s actions have real consequences. Rachel (Raquel) filed a false police report, a false medical report, and a frivolous petition for a restraining order.”

He continues, “Scheana didn’t punch Rachel. Rachel didn’t get a black eye. Scheana pushed Rachel but only after Rachel grabbed her wrist, and Rachel did not suffer a concussion.”

Finally saying, “When Rachel realized that she would lose in court and that she couldn’t just drop it, she decided to not show up at all. We were prepared to expose Rachel’s lies, but instead she will have to live knowing that she betrayed two of her best friends: Scheana and Ariana. Instead of accepting responsibility for her actions, Rachel shamefully tried to misuse our justice system to shift blame to Scheana. We are happy that Scheana is now vindicated.”
