Raquel Leviss Of “Vanderpump Rules” Chatted About Scandoval With TMZ Outside Of A Nail Salon
Vanderpump Rules’ Raquel Leviss has been literally and figuratively punched in the face (allegedly) in the fallout from her and Tom Sandoval’s illicit months-long liaison behind the back of Tom’s long-time girlfriend/Raquel’s good friend, Ariana Madix. Though Raquel issued a totally PR-crafted apology on her Instagram a few weeks ago where she declared she’s not a victim, apologized, and then listed all of the ways she’s a victim, she just publicly spoke out about the scandal sweeping the nation yesterday with a TMZ staffer while sitting outside of a nail salon–all the while sporting an inappropriate grin.
It’s been up in the air whether Raquel would actually attend the VPR reunion since, on top of the fact that most of the world is booing her, she also filed a temporary restraining order against fellow cast member Scheana Shay for allegedly punching her in the eye after the affair revelation came out–so they can’t be in the same location at the same time. But Raquel posted on her Stories yesterday that she’d be sucking it up and attending:
Also yesterday, a masked Raquel stayed completely mum when she was spotted at the airport earlier in the day, but was miraculously super willing to chat when conveniently spotted and approached by a TMZ cameraman as she sat waiting in a single chair conveniently placed outside of a Valley Village nail salon.
The “Vanderpump Rules” star was greeted by a photog Wednesday outside of Blush Nail Bar in Valley Village, CA — just outside of North Hollywood. She was sitting there all by her lonesome … and was certainly ready to answer questions, unlike earlier in the morning.
The photog asked her how she was holding up, and she said she was doing alright but has a permanent scar on her shaggy left eyebrow from her encounter with Scheana. She didn’t give away much else except that Ariana wasn’t receptive to her phone and text apologies (shocking), she and Sandoval are taking a break, and her making out with Tom Schwartz wasn’t a cover-up for her sneaking around with Sandoval.
Check out the convo … RL addresses everything from taking accountability for her actions — which she says she’s prepared to do at the reunion taping tomorrow — to an attempted reconciliation between herself and Ariana Madix, which doesn’t sound like it went well.
Raquel touches on where things are with her and Tom Sandoval — and one line of hers is revealing … she says they’re not labeling things and not sure if they’ll stay together. At the moment she says they’re on a “break” … and they’ll see where they go from here.
Another topic that’s addressed … the alleged attack from Scheana Shay, which Raq seems to be implying did in fact happen — if the scar on her eyebrow is to be believed.
