Open Post: Hosted By Jamie Lee Curtis Keeping Her Oscar Beside Her Prop Butt Plug Award

Where do Oscar winners keep their Oscars? Kate Winslet put hers in the bathroom, so guests can play pretend in the mirror without shame. I love that, except I hope people are washing their hands before they handle Oscar. Before. TooFab reports that a week after her Best Supporting Actress win, Jamie Lee Curtis has already found her Oscar a happy home; beside her Everything Everywhere All At Once character’s fictional butt plug-shaped award for “Auditor of the Month” and her recent Screen Actors Guild Award. Looking at all three awards lined up in a row, it’s clear that the SAG is the only one not ideal for sticking up your ass.

Jamie posted a pic of her Oscar placement on Instagram:

In case you haven’t seen the movie, Jamie’s character, Deirdre Beaubeirdre, is an auditor working with Michelle Yeoh’s character, Evelyn. At one point, Deirdre shows off her three “Auditor of the Month” awards, which just so happen to be shaped like butt plugs. Deirdre doesn’t seem to notice. Later on in the movie, one of Evelyn’s nemeses jumps on the award ass-first to activate fighting powers:

Fun! Since she won her Oscar, Jamie’s been posting pic after pic celebrating her big win. Lots of memes and Oscar selfies:

Last Tuesday, she went on Today, and told Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie that she would use gender-neutral pronouns to refer to her Oscar in support of her trans daughter, Ruby. I hope they (Jamie’s Oscar) enjoys their new home beside the butt plug auditing award. And if Jamie and husband Christopher Guest were planning on using the butt plug award for more than decoration… I hope they don’t get confused. Again, that SAG would hurt.
