Tiger Woods Is “Livid” Over His Ex-Girlfriend Erica Herman’s Lawsuit Against Him

For a golfer, Tiger Woods has the drama-filled life of a Vanderpump Rules mess. In addition to his very famous breakup with ex-wife Elin Nordegren over a decade ago, Tiger has kept his name in the news thanks to pills, Trump, a very dramatic car accident caused by Tiger’s lead foot, and most recently, a “prank” involving a tampon. Now, he’s gotten into some legal problems with his ex-girlfriend Erica Herman who claims that he kicked her out of the house despite having come to an “oral agreement” that said differently. You’d hope after Elin, he would’ve learned to keep his love life as boring as the game of golf, but I guess he lives for drama!

Eric and Tiger became an item back in 2017 and were fairly low-key about their romance, mainly showing up at golf events together. She was also there to help Tiger recover from his crash. However, in March, Erica filed a lawsuit against Tiger, asking to be removed from an NDA he made her sign. She referenced the Speak Out Act, which allows for NDAs to be nullified in cases of sexual assault or harassment. But she didn’t get specific on allegations against Tiger. Things have unfolded further since then. The couple has supposedly not been a thing since October, and the recent lawsuit is related to ANOTHER lawsuit against Tiger Woods. Erica is suing Tiger for $30 million for allegedly locking her out of his house. It’s like a matryoshka doll of legal filings! via People:

The complaint challenging the NDA follows the initial lawsuit, filed in December against Woods’ trust, Jupiter Island Irrevocable Homestead Trust, claiming she had an oral agreement with the Trust that allowed her to live at Woods’ home for another five years. A motion filed by the defendant — the Trust — asks for Herman’s lawsuit to be heard before an arbitrator.

Lawyers for the Trust argue that Herman was only allowed to live in the home while she was dating Woods. Herman was told she had to move out after Woods ended their relationship back in October, according to the motion.

Herman is suing for consequential monetary damages, injunctive relief, and attorneys’ fees under the Florida Residential Landlord Tenant Act, per the court documents.

And how is Tiger taking this series of legal slaps to the face? Not well! Someone lock the golf clubs up because Tiger is “livid.” According to a source close to Tiger, he’s not unhappy with having a new scandal on his hands.

“Tiger feels like this is another shakedown,” the source says.

Woods, 47, is worried about how this will play out publicly, the insider adds. “He doesn’t want another scandal.”

The source says that Woods believes Herman, 38, is aware of her ex-boyfriend’s concern over another public fallout from a romantic relationship. “It terrifies him,” the source says, adding, “And she knows that because they’ve talked about it.”

As the former couple’s legal disputes continue, the source says, “there’s a lot of panic right now” for Woods. “No one wants the details of a long relationship to be made public.”

Yeah, I’m not interested in whatever weird stuff Tiger might be into, so let’s keep that private, please. The source went on to say that the relationship with Erica had totally gone downhill and was like super stale. I mean, everybody knew it!

A source close to Woods tells PEOPLE that Herman is upset about the end of their relationship, and that it “was stale for a long time.”

Herman “was more serious about a long-term commitment” than Woods was, the insider reveals, adding that Woods’ ex-girlfriend “was there for him throughout the whole thing so she thinks that kind of loyalty is worth something.”

However, the source says Woods was “getting restless” in his relationship with Herman “even before the accident.”

I think this source is trying to paint Tiger as the good guy victim here but saying he was thiiis close to catching wandering peen syndrome is perhaps not the best approach. Someone needs to get this source on a PR course, stat. And while some might think that $30 million is too much money to be asking someone after being kicked out, may I remind you that the rental market sucks. IN THIS ECONOMY, Erica should be demanding at least $50 million!
