Scheana Shay’s Attorney Said Her Client Never Punched “Liar and Cheat” Raquel Leviss

As more Vanderpump Rules “Raquel” (actually Rachel) Leviss/Tom Sandoval drama continues to unravel, Hailey Bieber has to be thankful for getting a reprieve from the recent heat she’s been catching. Luckily for her, Scandoval just keeps going. As we heard, Raquel obtained a temporary protection order against Scheana Shay, alleging that Scheana popped her in the eye upon hearing of Raquel and Tom’s betrayal of their mutual friend/Tom’s girlfriend of 9 years, Ariana Madix. Though Raquel included photos of her supposed black eye and cut eyebrow in the TPO paperwork, Scheana’s attorney came through with a guns-blazing statement on behalf of Scheana yesterday, basically saying that dishonest double-crosser Raquel’s eye has been that way for months and Scheana never touched her.
As a refresher, here are the photos Raquel took after allegedly catching the Scheana’s be-clawed hands:
In the aftermath of the TPO filing, Scheana’s attorney issued a pointed statement to Page Six that called Rachel’s character into question and refuted all of her claims against Scheana, all while making sure to never call her by her preferred L.A. name of “Raquel.”
“This entire case is a fabrication by a known liar and a cheat who has betrayed everyone close to her,” Neama Rahmani, President of West Coast Trial Lawyers, tells Page Six in a statement.
“Scheana never punched Rachel, period,” the former federal prosecutor continues, referring to Leviss by her legal name.
“The supposed dark markings around her left eye have been there for months.”
Confirming Page Six’s Thursday report that no one in the “Pump Rules” cast is talking to Leviss, Rahmani says, “Neither Scheana nor other cast members want anything to do with Rachel going forward.”
Neama says the courts have only heard Rachel’s lies, and she and Scheana look forward to setting the record straight at the TPO hearing later this month. Raquel has yet to respond to Scheana’s statement.
The lawyer believes the judge “has only heard a one-sided account” of the alleged altercation thus far.
“And we look forward to presenting the full and true story at the March 29 hearing,” Rahmani concludes.
And more fans and friends of the VPR crew have hopped on the “that’s not a black eye, that’s just what your eye looks like” train.
Friends of the “Pump Rules” cast have notably casted doubt on Leviss’ claims, declaring that she had a black eye before traveling to the Big Apple with Shay.
“What you’ve done is disgusting enough. But to LIE about a black eye?” singer Tori Keeth wrote in a Wednesday Instagram Story post. “Come on Raquel, we’re not stupid. You are.”
Keeth added, “You’ve had this black eye since BEFORE you were ‘supposedly’ punched.”
In a follow-up Story post, the musician slammed Leviss for “[deciding] to f—k with scheanas life,” calling the reality star’s claims “sad attempts to take the heat off of [her] despicable actions.”
But a Raquel source says her eye did not look bruised or have a cut above it before that fateful night after Watch What Happens Live, and there are receipts.
Meanwhile, a source close to Leviss previously told Page Six, “She did not previously have a black eye, nor did she have a cut over her eye. There is a doctor’s report attached to the TRO [temporary restraining order] paperwork.”
“Is it a black eye or isn’t it” is sure to become the “what color is THE dress?” debate of the second week of March 2023! By next week, we’ll definitely have a different VPR drama item to dissect. Whether or not Scheana actually punched Raquel in her “bambi-eyed bitch” eye, everyone should’ve already known not to test Scheana. Apparently, she’s been “not the one” since junior high:
