Jennifer Lopez And Ben Affleck Are In Escrow Again; This Time For A $64 Million Pacific Palisades Mansion

Jennifer Lopez, 53, and Ben Affleck, 50, haven’t just been spending their time making each other miserable lately; they’ve also spent a great deal of time probably infuriating the many real estate agents and home sellers of Pacific Palisades; because Ben and Jen’s quest for a love nest has been tumultuous at best. They’ve been in and out of escrow on houses probably more times than Ben’s been in and out of Jennifer since their blessed union. As we know, they just scrapped plans to buy a $34.5 million abode last week, and it’s safe to assume it’s because something bigger and better came along since they were seen creeping around the neighborhood even after entering into escrow on it. Enter: a nearby $64 million mega-mansion that had just hit the market, and now they’re in escrow on that one.

The New York Post says that Bennifer decided (at least for this week) that the PP home, currently owned by generational billionaire Gregory Milken, is the perfect place to put down roots. They’re now in escrow, though the sale price they agreed upon is unknown. This place is almost double the price of their most recent prospect, but Jen now has a buyer for her $42.5 million Bel-Air place, so that helps.

Owned by Gregory Milken — one of the city’s wealthiest residents — along with his wife, EJ, the 1.13-acre property in Pacific Palisades listed not even a week ago before the couple scooped it up.

Hitting the market for $64 million, Gregory, EJ and their five children have lived in the home for more than a decade, purchasing the property back in 2009 for $14.5 million.

Gregory’s father, Michael Milken, was one of Wall Street’s most powerful financiers during the 1980s — and gained distinction for the development of high-yield bonds, sometimes called “junk bonds.”

It is unclear if Lopez and Affleck, who also have five children, will buy the home at its listing price or get a discount.

Those “nagging wife tracks down her hen-pecked husband while he’s out enjoying cosplaying a low-wage workerDunkin ad checks are thicc. This place is massive enough to never have to conceal your glass of wine from your partner or hear their re-re-remastered version of Let’s Get Loud ever again, and it comes with all of the mansiony things a mansion should have.

Made up of six bedrooms and 10 baths, the property spans a colossal 13,000 square feet and comes with a 3,000-square-foot two-bedroom, four-bathroom guest house.

Features include two studies, a media room, an expansive game room that opens out to the backyard, two playrooms, an expansive kitchen and a family room.

Additionally, there’s an 800-square-foot gym for Lopez to get her sweat on.

The grounds feature a long driveway that opens to a large motor court, the listing says.

Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool and spa, and a fire feature.

Here are some of the listing pics of Jen and Ben’s maybe-home:

I won’t believe they’re going through with his one until I see a mural of that cursed Jenny From The Block image of Ben in his (probably stained) undershirt and khakis rubbing J.Lo’s ass on a yacht on the broad side of the garage. Until then, lock your doors, Pacific Palisades! These two won’t stop until Jen gets precisely what she wants. Or until Batffleck’s Dunkin wears off, and he desperately needs his mid-afternoon nap.
